Sherry Hendrickson was my agent selling my house in 78702…read more I cannot say enough about her service. Six months before I was even ready to list, she came out, did the footwork and provided me with estimates, things I could fix, etc. When it came time to sell, I was out of state and she handled everything - maintenance of the house, staging and even hanging out to make sure the work was done. Maybe not daily, but we were constantly in contact about what was happening - she'll even pick up the phone on a Saturday night! Most importantly, she genuinely cares about the person and the house. She will offer suggestions and opinions, but never push for you to do something you don't want to or take an offer that you don't think is right. In short - highly recommended. 5 stars. Bonus: my dog liked her, so that's a big plus.

We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.

Cleaners came 3 weeks after move in & vacuumed, mopped the floors, cleaned toilets and changed trash. They were there for less than an hour. After move in, they changed my house number. No notice was given, no lease amendment was signed prior to change. I found out when I got back from visiting family. I then was told "It's not a big deal just call the companies to get everything fixed on your bills". it took an entire morning (4+ hours) to get things fixed, with no compensation. I still do not have my mail key and I have been here 3+ weeks. Every time I ask, they tell me to go to USPS & it's not their responsibility. I went to USPS and they did not have the keys which I told were dropped off. Still no mail. Overall, not a great first impression. I am military & move around a lot. I would not recommend this property management to future movers. I love the builder, Maurice. He is very kind & attentive, he's actually assisted more with the utility switches than anyone. The place is great, minus all of the things listed above. Moving across the country starting over again at a new duty station, this has been less than ideal. Very much added stress that could have been avoided. I believe they moved me in way too early. ******** Within an hour of posting this, they did reach out to me and were incredibly professional & attentive to my feedback. I was assured it was taken seriously, so I do believe these issues will be completely resolved for the next tenant.

Incredibly Honest and Trustworthy Realtor…read more I can't say enough good things about my experience with Paul Reddam. Most agents are eager to close a deal, but he took the time to truly understand my situation and gave me advice that wasn't in their own immediate interest--they actually told me not to sell. After evaluating the market and my financials, Paul explained that selling right now would likely lead to a loss and wasn't the smartest move for me. That level of honesty and integrity is rare, and it's something I deeply respect and appreciate. It was clear that he genuinely had my best interests at heart rather than just trying to make a sale. If you're looking for someone who will be upfront, ethical, and truly on your side, I highly recommend Paul. I'll absolutely be working with him again when the time is right! --Danny N.

Marquette had a great instinct for who would be interested in buying the home then helped me attract them. She gave solid advice on what repairs were and weren't needed and how to stage everything, and then wrote marketing materials that showcased the home beautifully. Once the house was ready to list, we sold quickly to pretty much exactly the type of family Marquette predicted, and for the price I expected. Paul and Marquette communicated promptly and clearly throughout and got me through the process with minimal stress and no surprises. I'd recommend Homesville to any buyers or sellers.
