He worked with me on a menu and he delivered my vision. Even with extreme circumstances (another vendor broke our garage door 24 hours before the event) Chef Peter and his crew took it in stride. They were on time and hauled their heavy equipment in and got straight to work. He was basically cooking/grilling on one side of our building (back patio), having to run back forth to the interior kitchen and sink. He and his crew worked SO hard that night. They are very professional. Every plate was perfect, they cleared the tables and made sure everything was spotless when they left. I also hired Jacob the Bartender (he works with Chef Peter) and WOW! Crafted cocktails and excellent service. Every person who was late to my party was sat and had a drink in their hand in less than a few minutes. Jacob was a pleasure to work with. Great bartender. I could not ask for a better duo for the night. Also big thanks to Tomas and Erick - their waitstaff. Amazing night they pulled off. I'm a perfectionist. Type A host. I'm very particular on how I throw my parties and Chef Peter surpassed my expectations & more. My entire firm will not shutup about how amazing the food and service was. The party was a hit and I believe it was because of the food & bar. I will 100% hire this team again for future events.

This review is long overdue!…read more Eric was a joy to work with. He was prompt with communication, and provided perfect recommendations for my private, birthday party dinner. His menu selections were top notch, and my husband and I were thrilled with the outcome. We did 3 appetizers before the 4 course meal began. We did the elote (street corn) appetizer, tuna tartare, and lamb chop. Of note, I don't eat lamb at all, but Eric's Lamb chop was AN AMAZING FLAVOR BOMB! I appreciated that him and his server showed up prepared with all of their supplies (and small plates for serving). For dinner, we had the heirloom tomato and burrata salad, followed by the char grilled octopus, then the Australian Wagyu steak with creme brûlée to finish. The menu was superb, Eric presented his gorgeous plates with detail and attention, and (of course) they cleaned up everything after! This was a PHENOMENAL experience, and we are already looking to book Eric again for my husband's birthday! Eric, you are an artist and amazing chef! This was one of the more disappointing dining experiences I've had this year…read more It's a joke that Brown Butter Boys can advertise themselves as a fine dining experience... at $100 plus 20% gratuity per person it is far from expensive nowadays but the meal and experience fell way below any level of expectations we had going in. We were served exceptionally bland and tasteless food in an after-hours coffee shop setting using fold-out tables, flimsy chairs. There was zero ambiance and none of the polish you'd expect at a proper "Supper Club" The food was genuinely bad. The main course was a joke -- portion, execution, flavor. We had a party of 6 and multiple plates went unfinished, and some of the dishes were a pass altogether. Sadly the only stand out item was the salad... We left hungry and walked across the street to a rotisserie chicken joint, which couldn't have been tastier given what we had just endured for the past 2 hours. Calling this "fine dining" is misleading at best. Charging $100 per person for this experience feels like robbery. There was nothing refined, thoughtful, or elevated about the food, the service, or the space. Save your evening, your money, and your stomach space. If you're anywhere near Seal Beach or Long Beach, you have countless legitimate, well-run restaurants that deliver quality & atmosphere and may not even cost you $100 with drinks... Stay away.. To start, he created the most amazing charcuterie board with bacon-wrapped dates, fresh fruit, and a wonderful selection of meats and cheeses. We also enjoyed a delicious caprese salad with buttered toasted baguettes, followed by flavorful chicken masala served with rice, roasted veggies, and naan bread. For dessert, he made my favorite: yellow cake with chocolate frosting, made even more spectacular with fresh whipped cream and berries. Beyond the food, Daniel is so personable and fun--he created a warm, relaxed, and entertaining atmosphere throughout the evening. He even cleaned the kitchen afterwards, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will never forget this experience, and I can't recommend Chef Daniel enough if you want to make your event truly special!

Unfortunately, they forgot to pack the dressing for the soba noodles so I didn't get to enjoy it fully. Nonetheless, the Philly Melt was very savory and so good with the grilled onions. Cookie was also tasty and has a nice chew. Overall enjoyed Chef Carol's food and excited to come back for lunch service.
