This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection.
