Contacted Jack on the 17th of August 2018 with a job of a days work. Accepted job, gave me a forecast for his current work and estimated the job would commence by Thursday 23rd of August. Contacted me on Tuesday 21st of August, stating his current job is taking longer then expected and that he will start my job following Monday the 27th of August. Contacted Jack Saturday 25th of August in the evening to find out what day he would be coming now that he's had 5 days to sort out his calender. NO response all weekend and wait all of Monday the 27th of August with No contact at all made today either. So I message him asking what the stasis of the situation is this evening. My response was as follows: "Sorry I'm flat out doing a bathroom, kitchen and laundry. You may need to get someone else to do the work" Not doing the bathroom he was doing. doing s new job taken after mine was booked. Terrible Customer Service. Zero Information & Transparency.
