As always...excellent lechon c/o Jack's Team... A perfectly executed Cebu lechon. Ultra‑crisp crackling skin, succulent, herb-infused meat, and a clean, bold flavor so compelling that sauce becomes optional. Aromatics like lemongrass, garlic, scallions, and native citrus are roasted into every layer .

Jack's catered my mom's 70th bday party and we could not have been happier with the food. We got a party pkg with a medium lechon + 4 large trays (pancit bihon, garlic fried chicken, kare kare and salt & pepper shrimp). Joy was very helpful over text, and responsive and open to our substitutions (with an upcharge which was understandable). The delivery was on time with a friendly and helpful driver. I was worried my very picky Ilocano family would be critical of the food (we NEVER use catering cuz my mom's such an amazing cook), but we were very satisfied. Kare kare had lots of meat and tripe (they did not skimp) and the s&p shrimp were huge! The lechon was delicious, with moist meat and crispy skin. Joy recommended the garlic fried chicken as their #1 seller, and we def saw why! If you need your party catered, go with Jack's. You will not be disappointed!

Delicious lechon delivered. From ordering to delivery, no issues. Guests love the flavor and taste. It was a big hit at the party.

Excellent service, excellent food on time! The lechon was definitely a big WOW factor at our church event! My only suggestion is to label the sauces so we know which dish it goes with. But overall was very impressed!

The Lechon, Lumpia Shanghai, Chopsuey, Sweet and Sour Fish were delicious! It arrived on time and the skin of the lechon was soooo crispy and stayed crispy even after the guests left. Skin is crispy and the meat is soft, juicy, and very tasty. Best lechon ever! I would surely order again for my next party and will recommend to my friends. A big shout out to Joy for excellent and friendly service! Thank you Joy for all your help and answering all my questions.

Another yummy lechon our guests enjoyed! It was delivered on time and handled carefully. It was worth every dollar we paid for!

We ordered their Lechon package + 5 different foods (Kare-kare, Bicol Express, Chicken Adobo, Pancit Canton and Turon). Our guests was so excited for the lechon, but was disappointed. Skin wasn't crispy anymore and even the meat wasn't so good. People liked the Kare-kare, but it was too oily and fatty, and didn't even give us a lot of Bagoong (shrimp paste), even though we ordered the large tray. The turon wasn't really presentable to serve because they all got stuck together, therefore it was no longer crispy too. The rest of the food was ok. I just expected more of their lechon and food because they have good reviews when I checked them out. But now, I'm a little disappointed of how our food came out, considering we spent more than a $1000 for all the food.

Very delicious! The price is phenomena! You can get a Lechon plate with a soda for $12. Or a chicken bowl and a soda for $5. I recommend to call in you're order ahead of time. The only reason they are getting a 4star if for the hours of operation. They are only Open for 4 days for limited hours. I believe if they were open more often more people would most likely be able to try it and discover it! But overall, a great place to eat food is always fresh and warm.

We booked Martin Fierro Asado (MFA) for our wedding in March because we wanted a unique and…read morememorable experience for our guests. Having Martin and his team cooking on-site was a key part of our vision, so much so that we specifically searched across Los Angeles and surrounding areas to find a venue that could accommodate their setup requirements, including the 7-hour preparation time and outdoor space they needed. Leading up to the event, MFA was great, they were responsive, communicative, and easy to work with. Unfortunately, our experience on the wedding day was very different. We later learned that Martin had threatened to leave midway through cooking, which was extremely concerning. Additionally, both our venue staff and other catering staff mentioned that MFA was difficult to work with that day. While the food itself was excellent, the service fell short of what was promised. Our contract included two courses: First course: ribs, sausage, chicken, empanadas, and salads Second course: tri-tip/steak The second course was never properly served to our guests. When guests returned for the steak, they were told service was over and staff had already begun cleaning up. Some guests even tried requesting steak during the first course and were denied. To our knowledge, only maybe one or two guests were able to receive steak after insisting. We had also rented chafing dishes so that leftover food could be made available later in the evening. However, only chicken and salads were placed out, no beef. We didn't realize the extent of this issue until the day after the wedding. When we went to retrieve leftovers, we found multiple full trays of food, including large portions of uncut steak and ribs. There was clearly more than enough food to serve all guests the second course, yet it was never distributed. Many guests later told us the food was amazing--some of the best wedding food they've had--but also shared disappointment that they never received the advertised beef course. This was especially frustrating since our menu cards specifically instructed guests to "save room" for it. After the event, we learned that Martin had a planned medical procedure the following day. While we understand personal circumstances arise, it felt like the service was cut short so the team could leave early. This resulted in an estimated $2,000 worth of food going to waste, food that could have been served, offered to guests to take home, or at minimum communicated to us. Overall, while the food quality was outstanding, the execution and service on the day of the event were deeply disappointing and did not meet expectations for a wedding of this scale (160 guests).
