We got a party pkg with a medium lechon + 4 large trays (pancit bihon, garlic fried chicken, kare kare and salt & pepper shrimp). Joy was very helpful over text, and responsive and open to our substitutions (with an upcharge which was understandable). The delivery was on time with a friendly and helpful driver. I was worried my very picky Ilocano family would be critical of the food (we NEVER use catering cuz my mom's such an amazing cook), but we were very satisfied. Ordered the per lb via phone for pick up. The pork meat is well marinated. It tasted like what you would expect a pig lechon taste. The gravy is delicious. However, the pork meat is too lean. I grew up with pork lechon having like at least some estimated 40 percent pork fat. So a lean pork lechon is kind of new to me. Bottom line, pork fat makes pork meat tastier than pork meat with very little fat. Parking can be very difficult. That tiny plaza's tiny parking lot is shared with other businesses. We ordered their Lechon package + 5 different foods (Kare-kare, Bicol Express, Chicken Adobo, Pancit Canton and Turon). Our guests was so excited for the lechon, but was disappointed. Skin wasn't crispy anymore and even the meat wasn't so good. People liked the Kare-kare, but it was too oily and fatty, and didn't even give us a lot of Bagoong (shrimp paste), even though we ordered the large tray. The turon wasn't really presentable to serve because they all got stuck together, therefore it was no longer crispy too. The rest of the food was ok. I just expected more of their lechon and food because they have good reviews when I checked them out. Very delicious! The price is phenomena! You can get a Lechon plate with a soda for $12. Or a chicken bowl and a soda for $5. I recommend to call in you're order ahead of time. The only reason they are getting a 4star if for the hours of operation. They are only Open for 4 days for limited hours. Attended memorial service on feb 1 at sta Clarita . Catered for 200 guests but food is not enough and 4 tables didnt have enough food , no rice too and they cheated with the food tray . their large tray is not the really large one . We ordered four large trays of food (teriyaki chicken, pork asado, garlic fried chicken, and pancit bihon), a small rice, and 150 pieces of lumpia. Jack arrived on-time with the food, which was nice and hot! By the amount of food piled on everyone's plate and the number of people going back for seconds, it was obvious everyone enjoyed the food! I saw them on yelp and trust my Fellow Filipino and give them a shot. My mom is skeptical so she went on a Saturday to try their lechon. My said it was good So we placed an order for a lechon de leche (small roasted pig) for my sister'a sweet 16. Since we're so busy preparing tables, food and attending to guest coming we just got the lechon from the delivery guy. To our surprise, the lechon does not have a crispy skin at all. If you want to impress your friends at your next gathering with a tender mouth watering roasted pig, give them a call. This is one of the closet things you will find to being a literal hole in the wall filled with delicious food. For your lechon cravings, you have 3 options: (1) The cebu style whole lechon stuffed with garlic, lemon grass, and onion: This is the traditional style that most people are used to seeing at the reception for their friend's debut or nephew's baptism. Price wise, the whole cebu lechon will run you from $290 for a small lechon (25 to 30 lbs) to $340 for a jumbo lechon ( 61-69 lbs). There are also other options in the middle. Small will probably feed around 20-30 while jumbo feeds 70 to 80 folks. That's a pretty reasonable mark up for less than half the price. (2) The lechon paella: This is pretty much what it sounds like, a pig stuffed with sticky rice and seafood. (3) The lechon belly: It is just the belly deboned and stuffed with lemongrass, green/white onions, and garlic, which maybe best for those people who love lechon but don't want to be reminded that it was once a living animal. Although you don't get the whole pig, this belly is stilly crispy on the outside but fatty, rich, and juicey on the inside. It kinda looks like a roasted stuffed tenderloin.
