There were more chicken breasts than anything and dry. The servers were cleaning their grills in the middle of my service time and when I told them why, they said that they were gonna come to the station when a guest comes to get meat. But I didnt want them to clean during my food service time . Also, it doesn't make sense for them to be cleaning ( dirty process) and serve food (clean process) at the same time. After they left, they left a mount of used charcoal on the ground. We didn't know they did until all the guests have left and we were cleaning our backyard . Worst is, the next day, our dog got sick and vomitted black stuff and chunks of charcoal. One of our guests said that she saw our dog keeps going back to the side where the guys left the charcoal. We took our dog to vet and spent $1400+ . The ultrasound showed some charcoal inside her intestines. It created a bowel obstruction. My husband reached out to Martin and asked him to pay for the vet bill but he did not respond to that request. It's negligence that they left the used charcoal on the ground and made our dog sick. Very disappointed in their food, service and response of the owner. It was not worth $2500.
