My biggest gripe was when I went to pick up my food. Upon entering the restaurant, there's a sign stating "wait to be seated". I stood there for an astonishing amount of time without being greeted. Multiple staff members passed by me and looked at me but did not acknowledge or say a word to me. I stood there so long, it felt very awkward and I debated just approaching someone myself. Where was the hostess??? I felt incredibly unwelcome and it really turned me off to the place. Like the vibes were so off that I thought to myself, I will never be back here. Finally, one of the staff that had passed by me a few times looked at me with hesitation and I could tell she was thinking about how I'd been standing there for a while but I'm guessing it wasn't her job to seat people. I took the opportunity to tell her that I was just there for a pickup order and she notified someone and then brought me the food.
