I went early in the afternoon on a Friday and the restaurant was practically empty. There were only about two other tables aside from mine. Therefore, the service was quite attentive. I was given chips and salsa, which is usually customary at Mexican restaurants. I ordered a watermelon agua fresco, which was refreshing and not overly sweet. I ordered the quesabirria tacos as my entree. The tacos were tasty. I've definitely had more flavorful tacos elsewhere, but they got the job done. For dessert, I got the churros, which were filled with dulce de leche and came with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Delicious! I would definitely return to this spot. It seems pretty authentic and I'd like to try some other dishes. They are byob, so next time, I'll bring something to sip on with my food.

I'd go back just for the cactus! The longanzana (spicy sausage) was juicier and IMO better than chorizo. Less spicy and more flavor. The tortillas are hand made. Honestly best I've had on the east coast (including NYC). The chicken burrito was also fantastic. We were blown away by the quality and can't wait to go back for another family meal.
