So I spent several weeks searching for a new, name brand, car audio system...with good sound, navigation/blue tooth/cd-dvd, as my main requirements. I also needed a company to install AND issue a warranty with their product(s). Like most people, I searched the internet...and got completely saturated!!! Tons of cheap off shore crap with very little, if any back up. American companies with good systems but no Canadian maps for their nav' systems...and on and on!!! I checked out Gibby's with local people I work with and received no negative comments. I spoke with Roland at Gibby's and liked what I heard. I took the 40 minute drive to the store and spoke with Roland and other staff members...Everyone made our visit feel good. I decided to buy and have installed an Alpine INE-W960HDMI DVD/GPS Navigation Receiver With SiriusXM...(a system that I had previously checked out on line and had ear marked). VERDICT: I am very happy with my choice of system, (Alpine INE-W960HDMI DVD/GPS Navigation Receiver With SiriusXM) and with the installation done by Gibby's staff. Thank you to Rolland, Scott and Sean for all your help and advice which made my decision to go with Gibby's that much easier...and YES, I do recommend you go to Gibby's and check them out.

So I walked into the store, and the store associate greeted me, as usual. The store was quite empty, it was just me, and one other woman in there in the fitting rooms (though I didn't know she was there yet). As I was browsing, the associate called another associate, who I assume was her supervisor. The supervisor also greeted me and chatted for a moment, so I thought all was fine, but soon I realized that she was following me around the store, and staring at me. I don't know if she thought I was trying to steal something or what, but I was just very uncomfortable. Once, I caught her eyes staring at me, and she said "Oh I'm so sorry, I was spacing out," and trailed off making some fake excuse, but then continued to follow me and stare at me. The worst part is that I didn't even have a bag or something. I literally had no way of stealing clothes, and even if I did, I wouldn't do it. I feel very upset that they would assume such a thing, and I think it's safe to say that I will never be stepping foot into any Dynamite again, especially not this one.

When we rang the doorbell multiple times, there was no response and the door was locked. We had to call the place a couple of times until they picked up. But when one of the staff came, she was very helpful. They told us that sometimes, the residents of the building locked the doors even when they were not supposed to, so it was not the business' fault. When we went in, there was a bunch of yarn and patterns. All in all, I would rate it 5 stars because the business was not responsible for the issues we experienced.

I returned the next day to buy it and I tried to use my card by tapping and of course it didn't work because I had to slide it in and then put my PIN number. I asked the young lady to help me unscramble and she turned around and she impatiently told me to "hold on" and she will fix it. It's not what she said that was a turn off, it's how she said it. I've been to many Coach locations across North America, but this was hands-down the best experience I've had. Fei was incredibly attentive and helpful. One of the bags I chose was the last one available company-wide, and she made sure I inspected it thoroughly just in case there were any defects (thankfully, there weren't!). For another bag, she went above and beyond by offering a brand-new one from the back since the floor model had a small imperfection. When I mentioned I couldn't take gift boxes due to luggage space, Fei kindly provided me with folded boxes and gift wrap so I could still present everything beautifully when I got home. She included boxes for the purses, and even smaller ones for wallets and card holders. Fei, thank you for making my shopping trip so special you're truly amazing!
