I had a lobster roll here as they offer it warm with butter and not with mayo. You actually had the choice of cold with mayo or the correct way (warm with butter). It was $19 which was lower than other spot's market price and while it was maybe smaller than some, it was the perfect size for me. It really was well done. The roll was warm, buttery & toasted to have enough crisp. The lobster was cooked to perfection. My dinner companion got muscles in broth and was also a big fan.
