Hopefully it will help somebody else make a better decision regarding a dentist. I had a horrible, horrible experience! I would NEVER recommend Dr. Moore to anyone. I had seen him for routine dental exams with no issues in the past, and his staff is very nice. Unfortunately, I had to have an ER tooth extraction for a lower bicuspid that became extremely infected after a filling. Dr. M was rude and unempathetic! It took over 1 1/2 hrs to extract the tooth, my mouth could not be fully numbed due to the infection being so severe, but he acted as if I was exaggerating, and became angry and frustrated because the tooth was difficult to remove. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!

I had a consultation about 3 years ago. I paid what was due at that time. I ended up not going…read morethrough with the surgery. They never made any effort to collect any remaining payment from me. No calls. No email. No mail. No reason for me to think I owed them money. 3 years later, I need emergency oral surgery, for which I had to wait a week for a consultation. A day before the consultation the receptionist called me and cancelled the appointment due to small unpaid debt. She was fairly rude about it in a "bless your heart" kind of way. I asked if I get it squared up with their lawyer could we keep the appointment. She said no, and that they would have to get verification that the payment was made and after that it would be the surgeons decision whether or not to accept me as a patient. I immediately called the lawyer and paid the amount. They said that they were notified and tried to reach me at an old address. They never attempted to call. They never attempted email. They said they would let Roanoke Oral Surgery know the amount was paid same day. I might be a weird edge case, but at this point, I feel like Roanoke Oral Surgery mishandled the situation and I question their administrative competence. I am going with another provider, even if I have to wait longer. 0/10 - Do not recommend.

I asked if it could be finished any sooner, or if they could call the lab to check, because I need to travel abroad on May 19 and I will be gone for 2months However, the staff member couldn't really answer my questions and just said "nothing we can do, you can replace it after you come back " It didn't seem professional at all. After that, not long later, Doctor Chaudhry called me and resolved the issue regarding my dental crown. Doctor Chaudhry took care of everything, followed up on my treatment, and arranged for me to come in next week. Thank you very much, doctor, for your care and attention.

Very affordable! I think I had an out of body experience though or I died or something because they…read moredon't use nitrous!! I had already had a root canal done and needed a crown for it, which required a fair bit of drilling and IM SO SORRY I ripped a hole in the arm of the chair from flipping out because I tried to be brave and do it without sedation. I love him, he did a great great job!!! But unless the nuclear apocalypse leaves us nitrous-free, I'm going to go somewhere else for my drilling needs! No offense to his wonderful staff! If you don't mind the drill, this is the place to go!
