Our family has shopped around: we tried two other dentists between the four of us and are now all happy with Dr Kayton! We found him through personal recommendation, and I'm so grateful that we did. My daughters adore Amanda, one of the dental hygienists: she is sweet and always excited to see them. She and Dr. Kayton spend as long as they need to with my kids, and with me, and always walk me through what it is they're seeing and what, if any, work needs to be done or what needs to be watched closely. They also have a 'treasure tower,' that my kids talk about for the entire 6 months before they go to the dentist. After their check-ups, Amanda will give them a token or two and they get to use gum ball machine full of bouncy balls and other 'treasures.' My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist! The entire staff is friendly, professional and proficient. From the office managers, to Dr. Kayton, I have always had great interactions and felt like they know and respect me as a patient and a parent. No kidding, Dr. Kayton and Co. are a real five star operation. Dr. Kayton has been my dentist since he started his own practice, now many years ago. My experience with him and his staff has been exceptional, every visit. Everyone is (highly) competent, attentive, friendly, concerned..you name it. If it's good for you, they're it. I've had crowns, fillings, broken tooth repairs, everything but a root canal, and my experiences have always been as I would have scripted them. They're that good. I have recommended Dr Kayton and Co. to many people over the years. I've sent my own kids to him. I wish all medical operations were as good as Dr. Kayton's. They set the standard. And I didn't even mention my hygienist at Dr. Kayton's. I'm not going to mention her name because, like protecting the names of favorite babysitters, I don't want to have to compete for her time anymore than I already have to! read more

I agree with Eric and Teresa! This dentist's office is, by and far, the best I have ever been to. And this is coming from someone who has had a lot of dental work done. I recently had to have three very large fillings replaced with crowns and I was nervous, rightly so. I'd had this very same procedure done about 10 years before and it ended in a root canal. But, I have to tell you, that Dr. Kayton was so understanding, he went slow and was very thorough and all three went off without a hitch. I really think it was the precise style and methods that worked so well, meaning he didn't just grind willy nilly on my teeth. He heard my concern and really took his time and made sure I was always comfortable. And you can just tell the hygienists are equally as professional and they like working there, for good reason. Dr. Kayton is an extraordinary dentist - and I truly know the difference, having had good, mediocre, and excellent dentists over the years. He really is superb, and so is his whole staff. In the past two years, I have had to have several old fillings and crowns replaced, and his work is simply terrific... And TOTALLY PAIN FREE! His dental technicians do exceptionally good cleanings and are very knowledgeable and friendly. In fact, his whole staff is upbeat and friendly, a trait that I attribute to his overall view of what he does and how he does it. Dr. Kayton's office is great. It's everything you would hope for from modern dentistry. Dr. Kayton is highly skilled and thorough at his job. He is patient and will go the extra step to make sure you are happy with the work he has done. He reconstructed a tooth for me which had a chip in it. I can't tell the difference from my original tooth. The hygeinist, the dental assistants and the ladies at the desk all make the office a pleasant place to be. You can tell that the people who work there are happy to be there. Which, to me, says a great deal about Dr. Jack as a person, boss and dentist. read more

I have been here a few times, and everyone is always extremely friendly and positive. They are always helpful, and will work with you on whatever treatment you can afford. They have never hurt my mouth, and are the only dentist to ever achieve that. The office is clean, well staffed, and I actually love going to the dentist here.
