decades ago (goofy-old-guy is NOT just a figure of speech) i learned the trick to eating fast food was to "customize" your order. if you ask for "unsalted fries" at McDonald's, you can always get hot, fresh fries and can salt them yourself. when i'm out and about, missed lunch and need a quick bridge between breakfast and dinner, one of my favorite things is the JR. BACON CHEESEBURGER at JACK IN THE BOX. got up early for a trustee hearing for an LLC BK in RIVERSIDE and, as things like this nearly always do, dragged on until the middle of the afternoon. was beyond peckish but it was arounds 3:30 or thereabouts and i didn't want to encroach too heavily on dinner. the perfect solution ?? drive through JACK IN THE BOX on my way home and get a JR. BACON CHEESEBURGER with LETTUCE and TOMATO. sandwich was hot and fresh, love the extra veggie addition and still managed to save room for dinner. i love a story with a happy ending ... read more

Sammy made this visit for us tonight. His kind and welcoming demeanor made us feel like we were regulars to the place. He didn't rush us like some drive through a would. Wife went this morning and ordered the sauced up curly fries and asked for no bacon. The heavy set guy taking the order told her flat out that is how they come and you cant change it. She informed him she has ordered it quite a few times for our vegetarian daughter and he still would not comply. Typical Jacks, but this one has an added feature: great customer service. I absolutely love this location. It is a hell of a lot better than the one on Madison Avenue in Murrieta. There is a young man by the name of Leo who is always cheerful and attentive. This is all at 2am! When he's there, my order is perfect. There is another young man there (sorry I didn't read your name tag!), who is just as nice. What I don't get, is how I only get great service here late at night/early butt crack of dawn. I've been here in the afternoon, and they completely get my order wrong. Homegirl behind the counter looks like a Resident Evil zombie and makes you repeat the order at least twice. This is one of the best Jacks I have been too. The worker, William H. Jackson is a great employee who attended my family's every need. The only problem he couldn't solve was the heat because the thermostat or whatever was locked and the keys are with a district manager. This location is located just off the West side of 15-Fwy at Clinton Keith. Typical Jack in the Box.. Decent food for a great price. This location has a fairly quick drive-thru. Unlike many fast food places the counter help brings the food out to your table (nice touch). Love the new buttery Jack series with angus beef.. taste like steak burgers. what is the purpose of being open 24 hours if you only serve items from the friar from 0200 to 0230 and no coffee from 0230 to 0300. I get it that equipment needs to be cleaned, but being on of the few places open in this area shutting down an entire kitchen except for a dryer makes absolutely no sense. I made mention about the price difference between their two menus in the drive thru, they must not care too much because it has been over a month and I have mentioned it several times. This has always been a good jack to me. We've had good experiences here. Today, as always the manager was friendly and good customer service was present, everything went well and the food was good. (Usual jack) The only thing was there was very little cheese and the spicy nacho fries. That was a little disappointing. Also the new cheddary jack wasn't great. The onions weren't crispy. My main concern as a water filter tech, they don't bleed the filter before and that causes to give all fountain drinks a bad taste! I got my refund for that drink and that's a plus. read more

This Jack In The Box is the WORST. You guys need to fire that girl with the blue highlights in her hair! She has a disgusting attitude for no reason! She got mad because I told her I didn't want ice so she poured out my entire drink and filled HALF WAY. My drink was a LARGE, by the way. Then she got mad again when I came back through the drive thru and snapped on me and said, "You really came back into the drive thru for soda! Wow!" and literally threw the drink to me like I was a dog. I looked to see if her name was on my receipt because last time she didn't give me a receipt or her name. I didn't see her name on the receipt. Because she KNEW she was being absolutely spiteful AGAIN towards me. Then I came back around the drive thru to ask for her name and when she saw it was me she did not come to the window at all she walked past as if she didn't see me then once a car came up to order she came to the window and started recording me and said she called the cops because I was harassing her. I stopped by for breakfast, went into the drive through and this guy William was flat out rude, didn't bother with basic greeting or pleasantries flat out asked me what I wanted and when I did he just assumed my order was complete and told me my total will be at the window. Honestly the worst jack in the box in the inland empire, the first bad experience I just ignored basically what happened tonight on 3/30 1:30 am is that she took me and other customers in the drive through orders after waiting in line for 15-20 min I got to the window and she said sorry "only cash nothing I can do" like the company was going to go under if they gave away $10 worth of food hahaha.
