Ordered from the app. Arrived to find out the deal I wanted had to be ordered on the app to receive the free jr jumbo . Well I ordered from the app then waited 15 minutes. Received the order and took it to work for co workers. They were ok not very hot. Buns were stale and it was just ok to the two coworkers. I hope the next time would be better. Since the food was ordered for someone as a way of saying thank you, no pictures. read more

Im beyond shocked by the workers they have at this disgusting place ! Don't ever get anything from here it's a fraud literally they take your credit cards and never return it and then have the audacity to blame it on you instead of apologizing after you've left.. Aurielle one of the workers there disrespected us when she literally forgot to give us our card back then hangs up on our face when we're asking her how can she forget to return our card she talks back and cusses out and never apologizes!! Honestly never ever going to this jack in the box .. they need to check ppl they hire ... I had to freeze my card ! read more

I like this Jack in the box Location. They always have good services every time I go there. Good People and most of all Good Food. Better than McDonald's. read more

So my brother and I went to this jack in the box today and there were cones in the driveway so I went past one to order and the lady answered and said what would you like to order, I wasnt sure yet what I wanted then the manager came on the speaker and said we aren't selling any food right now so I said whys that and he said we don't have enough people working, and there were cars in front of me getting their food but I was the cut off? So I said uhm that doesn't make any sense, then the manager forgot to turn off his mic and said "what a fucking dumbass" so so so disrespectful and rude. I'm so pissed off right now. read more

I had gone to this location to order some food for me and my client. I'm a caregiver and was in a rush. The individual who took my order was very nice and deserves a raise for his awarding smile and eye contact with his customers. However, when arriving at my clients home which was some distance from this restaurant, I noticed that boy was it messed up: My burger was right, but there wasn't any teriyaki sauce with the egg roll, the Curly Fries were cold (not even made fresh) and the bacon fries were not even bacon friendly lol! There was an excellent portion of condiments for our food which was good. So I called and asked for the manager and a gal named Pamela stated she was the manager. I explained my situation and asked for a partial refund. As I'm explaining the situation in what I considered a calm and cool manner, she kept interrupting me. So, when I was asking for a partial refund she told me that I had to drive back with the receipt and the food, which is truly sad. Basically she told me that the customer is wrong and that I personally was a liar. It's a real shame and embarrassment to have management act like this, especially with a kind drive thru employee. I listed the pros and cons. Now I will come to my conclusion: I will never be visiting this restaurant again because of how I was treated. Pamela and maybe you, the reader, made that decision for me. I will take my business elsewhere. :) read more

It's jack in the box! I honestly think this is the greatest fast food place because their shakes and tacos are bomb.com. I usually go here on my cheat day, but I don't push the envelope! read more

My fault for getting Jack in the Box in the first place? They charged me for extras I ordered. When I got home I noticed the extras I paid good money for weren't there. I called them, and after they answered the phone in the rudest way possible, the guy on the other line said "I made the burgers, that didn't happen" and then suggested I drive back in a lightning storm to go get it corrected instead of just refunding me for only the specific extras. Not to mention the "food" was trash. Even by JitB standards. Go to another location read more

I came through the drive thru at 6am a little grumpy to be honest. Dan was so positive at the window even though he had been working all night. My morning was totally turned around by his positive attitude. Thank you, Dan!! read more

This spot serves mad flavor on the dash. They'll hook you up with some fat tacos too, ain't no thang. There's one dude at the drive-up who funny like no other. I don't know you're name my dude, but get yourself into TCC and a creative writing class...graduate...get into UW or some bomb a** school like that ...graduate...then get your Masters from Harvard and go write for the Simpsons breh. I'll see you on your talk show host in 10 years boi. GET IT LIKE I GET AT THESE TACOS! God bless you. read more

Of course order was wrong again. Needed large grape sprite. Told drive thru twice. Got home, rest of order is correct except the grape sprite. ALWAYS good up my order. Had to go back. Must say employees were nice. read more

Service wasn't horrible but wasn't great either. I ordered a couple of breakfast jacks early in the morning before work, which normally are pretty consistent quality which is why I like them. However when I got to work and started eating the egg portion of the sandwich straight up tasted like fish. I thought maybe it was just that one sandwich and took a bite out of the other and again it tasted like fish. It makes me question the quality of their clean up of the stoves. read more

Food was fresh, service was very good. This location is much better than the other location near TCC. The woman at the drive thru with short pink-ish hair is very nice! Very unusual to see a fast food employee so cheerful all the time ! read more

Went through the drive thru and specifically asked for no mayo on my sandwich as I'm allergic. Stated this twice. Also asked for no ice in my drink. Got a cup full of ice and a sandwich dripping, literally dripping in Mayo. Called in to let them know they got my order wrong and the woman hung up on me. Awful service and I can't even eat the food I paid for. read more

Worst service ever- wentspecifically for breakfast. Dining room opens at 6 am, but Resturant lights not on until 8am. Waited at counter for a full 10 minutes without seeing anyone. Called to see if there was anyone available to help us, but a man cleaning in the back looked at us and shrugged. We got into our truck to drive off, and saw the server standing out back smoking. We drove past and asked if they were open, he continued to smoke and say," yeah, we're open." TERRIBLE service. read more

Food has been fresh every time I went. Service has been good too. Everyone that complained must have went at a bad time or something lol or they've gotten better employees since then. read more

Just watched a employee pick up a spilled fry off the ground and put it in a bag. Never going back.

Chicken was cold! I returned it immediately then told I could get something of equal value. I want my change back if it's not. Of course, I didn't get it back. Instead I got some tiny fries and a oversoaked Jr. bacon sandwich with the woman shutting the drive through window quickly in my face. This place has always had the worst service. read more

Just ordered a Munchie meal. I was polite and said thank you. When I got to the window, the employee opened the window and hid his head. That's right...he hid his head and said nothing. It was surreal. I waited for a greeting or at least some indication of the amount owed, but the employee just stood silent hiding behind his window for at least 15 seconds. I then decided to hand him a $20 bill and he took it and gave me change without ever confirming the amount owed or saying a word. I was so confused and dissatisfied that I left without my meal. I will never go back... I don't trust the employees. Very weird. read more

We were there to order breakfast this morning and I have not been in jack in the box forever. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. We were in a hurry and I did not want to take time to read the whole menu so I quickly asked if they have oatmeal. The order person said no. When it was time to pay. The girl who took the order and her crew was back talking and made fun of me out loud while they were cooking. It was so mean and rude. We were in our calm mode and did not say anything. But when my husband asked if they had sugar the girl said "we don't have any sugar". That was strange that Jack in the box does not carry sugar. However we were late for work and did not have time to argue with her so we took off. I hope Jack in the Box management does a better job in picking the right people and do a better job in training their employees. read more

I love this Jack in the Box. My order is never wrong and no matter how late I go there, their service is never delayed by a reboot of a computer system or some machine being down. I always get courteous and friendly service and the best part is I went there tonight, Christmas Day, and they were open. Unlike the 6th ave store. I highly recommend it. read more

this place is ass don't ever go here the lady was a bitch had no costumer service skills what so ever forgot half my order and flipped me off read more

Well the food was good but the customer service is lacking. I understand things get busy. I'm n customer service. U need to acknowledge a customer who is standing at ur register. Don't ignore them while u r finishing putting food n other people's bags. A simple "I'll be right with u" works well. And don't just walk up to the register and just stare at your customer. Aren't u supposed to ask "how can I help you?" Yes it's fast food but management really needs to work on training their teams. read more

Bad service, missing food when I got home and they couldn't refund me over the phone. She said she could write my name on it and I could come back for it tomorrow if I couldn't come back today. Asked if they had a telephone number for a customer support line or something, and she said they don't. Not good even by fast food terms. read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my mom when it was completely empty and only had one car in the drive thru. We stood at the counter for at least five minutes and not one single employee acknowledged us. No one even made eye contact. We looked around and spoke loudly to try get someone's attention; nothing. If you come here be prepared with a megaphone if you want service. read more

Just went through JIB drive up ordered 2 sandwiches only got one. Generally, mistakes happen but really there were only 2 sandwiches, 2 tacos and 2 curly fries... how is it that the employee cant count to 2? I should have known there would be a problem when I had to repeat my parts of my order multiple times... she wasn't listening. Since this store was purchased by a franchise service and food quality has been going down hill fast. I wont go back as this isn't the first issue there. read more

I love Jack in the Box, but this location needs some work. I always dine in, and end up waiting 5-10 minutes to have my order taken and if there are other people in line it might be 15. Everyone just ignores you. And the soda machine is ALWAYS out of both ice and the majority of sodas. read more

I went on my break to get food for later in my shift. I ordered the grilled sandwich without sauce. When I got my receipt, it said "add sauce". I was going to point it out, but then heard the kitchen staff questioning whether it was supposed to be no sauce, or extra - as they had overheard me order. I heard them confirm that it was NO sauce, and felt confident. Later - when stuck at work, I went to eat my sandwich only to find that they put EXTRA sauce on it instead. Ridiculous! read more

They sling mayo on food like they're Canadian. Breakfast Jacks don't come with mayo but they think so at this location.
