Im beyond shocked by the workers they have at this disgusting place ! Don't ever get anything from here it's a fraud literally they take your credit cards and never return it and then have the audacity to blame it on you instead of apologizing after you've left.. So my brother and I went to this jack in the box today and there were cones in the driveway so I went past one to order and the lady answered and said what would you like to order, I wasnt sure yet what I wanted then the manager came on the speaker and said we aren't selling any food right now so I said whys that and he said we don't have enough people working, and there were cars in front of me getting their food but I was the cut off? I had gone to this location to order some food for me and my client. I'm a caregiver and was in a rush. The individual who took my order was very nice and deserves a raise for his awarding smile and eye contact with his customers. However, when arriving at my clients home which was some distance from this restaurant, I noticed that boy was it messed up: My burger was right, but there wasn't any teriyaki sauce with the egg roll, the Curly Fries were cold (not even made fresh) and the bacon fries were not even bacon friendly lol! There was an excellent portion of condiments for our food which was good. So I called and asked for the manager and a gal named Pamela stated she was the manager. I explained my situation and asked for a partial refund. As I'm explaining the situation in what I considered a calm and cool manner, she kept interrupting me. So, when I was asking for a partial refund she told me that I had to drive back with the receipt and the food, which is truly sad. Basically she told me that the customer is wrong and that I personally was a liar. It's a real shame and embarrassment to have management act like this, especially with a kind drive thru employee. I listed the pros and cons. Now I will come to my conclusion: I will never be visiting this restaurant again because of how I was treated. Pamela and maybe you, the reader, made that decision for me. My fault for getting Jack in the Box in the first place? They charged me for extras I ordered. When I got home I noticed the extras I paid good money for weren't there. I called them, and after they answered the phone in the rudest way possible, the guy on the other line said "I made the burgers, that didn't happen" and then suggested I drive back in a lightning storm to go get it corrected instead of just refunding me for only the specific extras. Service wasn't horrible but wasn't great either. I ordered a couple of breakfast jacks early in the morning before work, which normally are pretty consistent quality which is why I like them. However when I got to work and started eating the egg portion of the sandwich straight up tasted like fish. I thought maybe it was just that one sandwich and took a bite out of the other and again it tasted like fish. It makes me question the quality of their clean up of the stoves. read more

Went through the drive thru and specifically asked for no mayo on my sandwich as I'm allergic. Stated this twice. Also asked for no ice in my drink. Got a cup full of ice and a sandwich dripping, literally dripping in Mayo. Called in to let them know they got my order wrong and the woman hung up on me. Worst service ever- wentspecifically for breakfast. Dining room opens at 6 am, but Resturant lights not on until 8am. Waited at counter for a full 10 minutes without seeing anyone. Called to see if there was anyone available to help us, but a man cleaning in the back looked at us and shrugged. We got into our truck to drive off, and saw the server standing out back smoking. We drove past and asked if they were open, he continued to smoke and say," yeah, we're open." TERRIBLE service. read more

Just ordered a Munchie meal. I was polite and said thank you. When I got to the window, the employee opened the window and hid his head. That's right...he hid his head and said nothing. It was surreal. I waited for a greeting or at least some indication of the amount owed, but the employee just stood silent hiding behind his window for at least 15 seconds. I then decided to hand him a $20 bill and he took it and gave me change without ever confirming the amount owed or saying a word. I was so confused and dissatisfied that I left without my meal. I love this Jack in the Box. My order is never wrong and no matter how late I go there, their service is never delayed by a reboot of a computer system or some machine being down. I always get courteous and friendly service and the best part is I went there tonight, Christmas Day, and they were open. Unlike the 6th ave store. I highly recommend it. read more

We were there to order breakfast this morning and I have not been in jack in the box forever. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee. We were in a hurry and I did not want to take time to read the whole menu so I quickly asked if they have oatmeal. The order person said no. When it was time to pay. The girl who took the order and her crew was back talking and made fun of me out loud while they were cooking. It was so mean and rude. We were in our calm mode and did not say anything. But when my husband asked if they had sugar the girl said "we don't have any sugar". That was strange that Jack in the box does not carry sugar. However we were late for work and did not have time to argue with her so we took off. I hope Jack in the Box management does a better job in picking the right people and do a better job in training their employees. read more

Well the food was good but the customer service is lacking. I understand things get busy. I'm n customer service. U need to acknowledge a customer who is standing at ur register. Don't ignore them while u r finishing putting food n other people's bags. A simple "I'll be right with u" works well. And don't just walk up to the register and just stare at your customer. Just went through JIB drive up ordered 2 sandwiches only got one. Generally, mistakes happen but really there were only 2 sandwiches, 2 tacos and 2 curly fries... how is it that the employee cant count to 2? I should have known there would be a problem when I had to repeat my parts of my order multiple times... she wasn't listening. I love Jack in the Box, but this location needs some work. I always dine in, and end up waiting 5-10 minutes to have my order taken and if there are other people in line it might be 15. Everyone just ignores you. And the soda machine is ALWAYS out of both ice and the majority of sodas. read more

Came in on a Sunday afternoon with my mom when it was completely empty and only had one car in the drive thru. We stood at the counter for at least five minutes and not one single employee acknowledged us. No one even made eye contact. We looked around and spoke loudly to try get someone's attention; nothing. I went on my break to get food for later in my shift. I ordered the grilled sandwich without sauce. When I got my receipt, it said "add sauce". I was going to point it out, but then heard the kitchen staff questioning whether it was supposed to be no sauce, or extra - as they had overheard me order. I heard them confirm that it was NO sauce, and felt confident. Later - when stuck at work, I went to eat my sandwich only to find that they put EXTRA sauce on it instead. Ridiculous! read more
