He provided great food suggestions and instructed the staff on how to assemble my tacos. I came for a couple tacos and walked out with four! Let me tell you...the tacos were very good. They had the homemade taste, made with real ingredients! Not a lot of processed stuff. You can taste the difference. While eating I didn't feel as if heartburn was knocking at the door. I'm very excited about the freshness and clean taste. Not overly salty. Some may need salt, but I appreciate the freshness! So excited. The ambiance is causal, with the feel of being at a neighbors house for lunch. Very relaxed. I guess me being from California, being used to fresh tasting tacos, this is a hit for me!
