When you pay this amount of money for a fast food dinner one tends to be a little more critical. I assumed that a butter smash burger would be juicy and moist. My burger was dry and hard to swallow and this is the only way to describe it. Sour dough jack was dry as well. I needed a quick lunch so I placed a mobile order ahead of time at this location. When I arrived I saw 3 - 4 cars in the drive through, some customers eating inside, and no line. I walked to the front, but no one was at the register. The floor was very sticky for some reason, and I found it interesting how it was pretty quiet inside. Someone in the back looked at me a few times, but didn't say anything. I understand that they are busy cooking, but I was hoping they would at least greet me or let someone know I needed assistance. I awkwardly stood there for almost 5 minutes until a worker came over. It seemed like they were in a rush and focused on the drive through. They did not grab the right sauces for me, but I don't mind. I only got a chicken sandwich, and it was alright. Here is my two cents about the quantity quality and price of Jack-in-the-Box.. It was delivered in a timely matter by GrubHub.. I've got my usual which I've had tried for the last 30 odd years .. Hey, jumbo Jack and the ultimate breakfast sandwich.. The jumbo jack it used to only cost two dollars plus you had to Use two hands to actually hold it and to eat it... The Jumbo Jack cost eight dollars and a six year old girl is Able to actually consume it with only using one hand . The ultimate breakfast sandwich still taste good, but you can actually see through the slices of ham that they provide and now they only use small eggs instead of the normal large eggs for this item .. And of course, the price of their tacos have gone up along with the smaller quantities of the ingredients overall.. So obviously, after you had a night of a party and you need to sober up, this is still the place to go if you're taking the chance of driving at the same time .. read more

I ordered a jumbo jack 4 tacos. Two should've been free and the ultimate breakfast sandwich. I requested the regular ones not split buttons on everything. They gave me split buns instead... Usually, I don't have a problem here but two days ago my husband and I decided we wanted to get something to eat. Not only was whoever was handling drive-through rude on the speaker, but there were two people on the speaker obviously not communicating with each other or paying attention to what we said. We received two small shakes and one large, I tried to specify with the woman closing that it was supposed to be the 3 large and only one small and she explained that she wouldn't be giving me the correct drinks, we were even charged for a small shake that added Oreo bits when no one ordered that, we didn't receive two burgers and the other items in our bag came out wrong or short. I'm giving this location two stars because the food is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, nothing else is. The quality of the food is greatly overshadowed by the terrible service. The staff frequently gets my order wrong, gives me attitude, forgets things, and has even lied to me. During one visit to the drive-through, I ordered a number 6 combo but ended up with a number 4 instead. A woman at the drive through window in the morning is so surly, I make sarcastic comments like "Thanks for being a ray of sunshine on this gloomy morning." when I see her. I so rarely get things like napkins or ketchup I'm actually surprised to see them in the bag when the staff happens to remember. After ordering a large coffee one morning, surly pants gave me a small. I explained that I ordered a large coffee while I was holding up what appeared to be an 8oz-10oz cup. She claimed it was a large coffee in her surly tone. I explained I've eaten there before and know the large coffee is actually much bigger. She insisted it was a large cup of coffee raising her tone of voice to previously unknown level of surly-ness. I said no, a large is about twice as big. Then she relented and said she is out of large cups, but offered me a 2nd small cup to resolve the problem. That should have been her first response. Meh, so the new Cluck Chicken Sandwich is just OK. The bun was my least favorite part of the sandwich. It was hard/stiff like cardboard not fluffy like the description. The "special sauce" didn't have much flavor and it was very watered down. The actual chicken initially had a decent crunch but then because of the drenched sauce it was soggy towards the end. Not much to report on since this pandemic only has me going through the drive-thru service. But the staff are nice and efficient. I guess, since they're not having to operate the dining area, they have concentrated their efforts on the drive-thru. And they are faster for it! When I order the Buttery Jack, I always go for the Bacon and Swiss variety. Love the taste and the combination of the meats with the swiss cheese! And my doctor hates me for it! LOL! If you're looking for a way to stick to your diet and kick fast food to the curb for good, this is certainly it. In the 12 years I spent as a server, I never understood why people felt like it was okay to go back around the drive thru, or cause a scene in a restaurant and throw food back at the employees. This location made me understand why they do. The service was incredibly rude, to start. Perhaps it was something in my, "hello, how are you doing?" that sent my trip down the river to the gates of hell. I'm a friendly person, ESPECIALLY to food service workers, because I freaking get how hard it is. While I waited for (what I hoped would be) my food, I hoped it would make up for the lack of pleasantness in service. Even after my food was shoved through the window before it slammed shut like I was trying to steal their air, I held my judgement. But obviously, someone deeply hurt this woman and she has sworn her vengeance on every customer thereafter. I was so disappointed. Let's start with the diet coke.... I didn't realize that Jack in the Box has their own recipe for diet coke. Apparently that includes 1/8 coke, and 7/8 water. My fries were very obviously hours old, possibly from the very same potatoes used for the first ever Jack in the Box. And oh god, were they stale. Preservatives couldn't help save these poor babies. My tacos, probably the highlight of my "meal", had about a teaspoon of taco filling, and a full over on lettuce. If I had a rabbit, then hey, maybe things might've worked out for the best. If you end up driving down the 50 west and see scraps of lettuce everywhere, I apologize. It was windy, and it got away from me. Finally, down to my last hope, I unwrapped my chicken sandwich, making my pleas to the gods. I've been blessed many times in my life, but even the heavens couldn't help this "sandwich". Unwrapping the paper to reveal a WET, soggy sandwich was just the nail in the coffin to put me off this location forever. I just.. gave up. They don't mix their Chocolate milkshakes right. They squirt the chocolate flavor at the bottom, fill the cup with their ice cream, then "fake" blend it, never getting to the bottom to pull up the chocolate flavor to blend it throughout. They need to fill it half with ice cream, chocolate mix, then fill the second half and then mix. Worst Chocolate Shake I've ever had. I told the employee when she handed it to me "you guys didn't mix it up", so she had it remade and gave me the second one just as bad... She said "that's how we make it".
