we made an online order here last night ... complete mistake‍. first of all we sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and when we got to the window they asked us to pull around because they had gotten a "huge rush" when there were only 3 other cars in the drive thru. i don't mind waiting especially if it means our food will be hot however what is unacceptable is waiting that long just for your order to be messed up. they gave me the complete wrong items for my combo and the item i did actually order was incorrect (it had cheese and im allergic) and no sauce in the bag. also when she brought the food out i asked if our drinks were in the bag even though i knew they weren't she gave me an annoyed look and said ill be right back. normally im really understanding when it comes to fast food employees because i understand i really do but this was just straight up not ok. read more

As a diabetic, I need to eat breakfast dàily and my 4AM commute leaves little choices for 24hr service. I have come to this Jack over a period of months and it is the worst. "My coworker walked out on me - I can't serve you", cones in the drive thru again nobody showed up and then when you can get through the drive thru - " Sorry my system is updating" - what business does that during one if their peak hours? After a few months if trying I give up - Jack in the Box on Kitsap Way gets my business from now on - cheerful, no delays and no update excuses. I came in for the new mint mobile shake they have been advertising on tv. I went through the drive through with one car in line ahead of me it took several minutes for my turn. I ask for the mint shake and was told "we are not allowed to make that, is there anything else you want?" I was speechless for a few seconds while my brain tries to figure out what I was just told. There are signs for the shake on the store and the order board. I ask again and get the same response " we are not allowed". I say well i guess I will not have anything then but now I am stuck in the drive through line. I was really craving a Breakfast Jack and curly fries. I went through the drive through with Brianna. I placed my order and she promptly tried to upsell me to a combo. Sorry, not interested. After I paid, Brianna asked me to pull around and park. I clearly watched them put the curly fries in the bag before I drove off. Once I was parked, I could see the large timer. I sat for over 6 minutes waiting for my order. Brianna brought it out. I tasted a curly frie and it was stone cold. I promptly went back through the drive through and got my credit card refunded. This place was TERRIBLE. family and I ordered 3 plain chicken sandwiches and Mayo was spread ALL OVER the sandwiches. We call them and the "manager" Alaina only offered a replacement. We walk in the lobby and her mask isn't covering her nose, another workers mask didn't even cover his mouth. He was constantly wiping his nose and face then making food. He dropped a patty on the floor and picked it up and continued to put it back in the tray. We ask for cooperate's/HR number and she refused to give it to us. I ordered food through the app since last time I tried to drive though there was a sign up at the drive through screen that said that app orders only. According to the app and Google the dine in is open till ten so to save time I selected counter pick up. The worker was very rude and told me to leave the store despite the app directing me to pick up in store and that Google and the app showed the dine in was still an option. I was directed to drive through the drive through and then back to where I initially was parked. The Tacos I ordered were also out of stock. I know the staff have a lot of stress and I mostly blame whoever is in charge of updating the Google since the whole situation could have been avoided. I tried to get a quick bite and it took entirely too long and ended up being a stressful situation. They seem to be grossly understaffed and stressed out. I will probably not be coming back here soon. It's about 9:50pm on a Tuesday and there are easily a dozen or more cars backed up at the drive through as I sit and wait for my food. read more

Noah, and Mary Jane and Milan and Wayne I have learned their names because they are all wonderful.And I always come for lunch break or afterthe bar and this location gets SWAMPED at night. No I mean it they get ruined! my entire bar goes there! its the only 24 hour between hansvile and silverdale and it's all we got! And it's the number one after bar location in Pbo! and those four employees make my life every time, they are so kind and patient and wonderful and if there is a hold up they let me know in the nicest way possible and do everything they can! read more

I like Jack in the Box but this place is terrible. Their service is so slow inside and in the Drive-Thru. I have seen them drive away so many customers with their lack of service. The last time I was there, my husband and I ordered and behind us came of group of people that all work together. The service was so slow that some of the people went across the street to Subway got their sandwiches and came back before the people waiting online had ordered. We all know how unhealthy fast food is but you can order a healthy meal out of here. read more

He then made our drinks and left his dirty handprints all over the cups. God only knows what this substance was. All I know is I do not trust the cleanliness of the people handling the food here. I went through the drive through today and started my order. The lady never said hi just asked what I wanted. I asked for chicken strips and I was told they didn't have any. Then she said hold on and was gone for a few minutes. When she came back I ordered a number two and was trying to tell her what I wanted and she kept asking medium or large as I was telling her what I wanted on my sandwich. I asked her if I could finish and she kept talking over me. Then she told me to wait again. She went and did something else. When she finally came she finished taking my order. If I was the richest woman alive, the list of things I would do with my money is this: First, I would pour millions into the american education system. Hell, maybe canada's and some other places as well. Second, I would make sure my close family and friends are set for life. NEVER patronize this joint. After arriving an hour before closing with zero customers at the place we were told that you could not go through the drive through or go into the restaurant and that we could only order through their app to receive any service. We amicably agreed and parked trying to download this app and order, which was ridiculously complicated and required a ridiculous amount of personal information to use and navigate. After less than ten minutes of trying to order on the app the employee came out and said they were calling the police if we didn't order and leave. (We we're doing nothing but sitting there trying to order) The employees girlfriend was sitting there waiting for him in the car, and i think he was wanting to leave. Amazingly inconsistent, incorrect orders, cooks that simply dont know the menu. order a bacon double cheeseburger, you're lucky if u get bacon. order a loaded breakfast and get lettuce and tomato on it but no sausage. Management does not teach just simple people skills. 4/5 people working there, waited 10 min just to order and not one acnowledged the customers waiting, Rude service. In the 20min i waited for one taco, 3 customers returned food one wanted a refund could not wait any longer. We only heard excuses.
