Holy crap. This may genuinely be the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. The level of incompetence was almost impressive. We placed a mobile order for two meals and went inside to pick it up. Despite checking in, our order sat for more than 20 minutes while employees repeatedly prioritized drive-thru orders--including apparently handing out parts of OUR order to other customers. Nearly 20 minutes after we arrived, they finally bothered to tell us they had run out of some of the items we'd already paid for. When we eventually received our food, it was a complete disaster. Half of it had been sitting around so long that it was cold and disgusting, and the other half simply wasn't there. No drink. One entire burger missing. Multiple other items missing. We also ordered a Fan Faves Box. What did we receive? A small curly fry. That's it. They managed to forget the onion rings, tacos, churros AND sauces. Apparently putting five different things into one box was simply beyond the operational capabilities of this restaurant. We ultimately had to throw the food away because it had been sitting out for so long and was disgusting, and now we're having to dispute the charge because we didn't even receive most of what we paid for. But somehow the worst part wasn't even the food. While we were standing there waiting, employees were loudly blaming us for their inability to fulfill the order, making comments about how we "shouldn't have ordered so much" and shouldn't have come during a rush. We ordered TWO MEALS. And the supposed "rush"? We placed the order around 5 PM and the restaurant was practically empty when we arrived. A drive-thru customer later placed a large order, and instead of finishing the order we'd already been waiting on, employees immediately started filling theirs--and seemingly sent some of our food out the window with it. I don't expect fine dining from fast food. I don't even expect particularly good service anymore. I do, however, expect a restaurant to meet the extraordinarily high bar of giving me the food I paid for. Cold food, missing food, missing drinks, items sold that weren't available, a 20+ minute wait, and employees openly complaining about the customers they're failing to serve. This location isn't merely "having an off night." It is astonishingly poorly run. Avoid this place. If they can't successfully assemble and hand over two fast-food meals, I wouldn't trust them with anything you're actually looking forward to eating. read more

I know I've reviewed this location before but I just felt like they earned another one today. This has got to be THE best FF joint in the area in terms of how nice and polite and friendly the staff is. And not just to the customers, but they seem like they enjoy working with each other. 'Course this probably isn't always the case, but I can tell you there are two other FF places within a 2-mile radiance where you truly get the feeling that they hate their jobs. So why the 4-star? Fries were kinda cold and rubbery and i feel like the price for what I got was quite high. When you can get a value meal at the Mac for $5, it seems unfortunate that here my 'small snack meal' costs twice that. Drive through... took 10 minutes to order. After every item we had to "please wait a few minutes"... and once we were able to order... they were out of things. Lastly we were told we had to give "exact change" or use a card. After getting our order the drive through lady handed us apple juice. We didn't order apple juice. I tried to hand it back to her since no one in our car drinks apple juice. She refused to take it back so I put it on the edge of the counter on the opposite side. With attitude she said "I was trying to give that to you for free but if you don't want it then I will take it back." I told her I tried and she just walked away. When we finally got our food they forgot the straws, napkins, sweet and sour sauce for the fries. We had to sit and block the line in order for them to come back to the window since they refused to listen to our knocking. No receipt was given. It was when we sat down to eat that my child didn't have any dip for his nuggets. I went back in to get the sauce and the lady who screwed everything up at the drive through said very loudly "lobby is closed" and once again walked away. I said very loudly for all to hear "I need the sauce you forgot to put in my bag for the drive through." She still ignored me and some other lady helped me. Pulled up for breakfast and three employees standing directly at front door smoking, didn't want to smell it so used drive through. Two of those employees entered and handled my order, zero time to wash hands and no gloves used. I got the number at window to call about sanitary concern. Well no one answered and I left message. That number called me back and said the store put up wrong number intentionally and this guy is not associated with Jack in the box but is constantly getting complaints. we made an online order here last night ... complete mistake‍. first of all we sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes and when we got to the window they asked us to pull around because they had gotten a "huge rush" when there were only 3 other cars in the drive thru. i don't mind waiting especially if it means our food will be hot however what is unacceptable is waiting that long just for your order to be messed up. they gave me the complete wrong items for my combo and the item i did actually order was incorrect (it had cheese and im allergic) and no sauce in the bag. also when she brought the food out i asked if our drinks were in the bag even though i knew they weren't she gave me an annoyed look and said ill be right back. normally im really understanding when it comes to fast food employees because i understand i really do but this was just straight up not ok. read more

"My coworker walked out on me - I can't serve you", cones in the drive thru again nobody showed up and then when you can get through the drive thru - " Sorry my system is updating" - what business does that during one if their peak hours? After a few months if trying I give up - Jack in the Box on Kitsap Way gets my business from now on - cheerful, no delays and no update excuses. I came in for the new mint mobile shake they have been advertising on tv. I went through the drive through with one car in line ahead of me it took several minutes for my turn. I ask for the mint shake and was told "we are not allowed to make that, is there anything else you want?" I was speechless for a few seconds while my brain tries to figure out what I was just told. There are signs for the shake on the store and the order board. I ask again and get the same response " we are not allowed". I was really craving a Breakfast Jack and curly fries. I went through the drive through with Brianna. I placed my order and she promptly tried to upsell me to a combo. Sorry, not interested. After I paid, Brianna asked me to pull around and park. I clearly watched them put the curly fries in the bag before I drove off. Once I was parked, I could see the large timer. I sat for over 6 minutes waiting for my order. Brianna brought it out. I tasted a curly frie and it was stone cold. I promptly went back through the drive through and got my credit card refunded. This place was TERRIBLE. family and I ordered 3 plain chicken sandwiches and Mayo was spread ALL OVER the sandwiches. We call them and the "manager" Alaina only offered a replacement. We walk in the lobby and her mask isn't covering her nose, another workers mask didn't even cover his mouth. He was constantly wiping his nose and face then making food. He dropped a patty on the floor and picked it up and continued to put it back in the tray. We ask for cooperate's/HR number and she refused to give it to us. I ordered food through the app since last time I tried to drive though there was a sign up at the drive through screen that said that app orders only. According to the app and Google the dine in is open till ten so to save time I selected counter pick up. The worker was very rude and told me to leave the store despite the app directing me to pick up in store and that Google and the app showed the dine in was still an option. I was directed to drive through the drive through and then back to where I initially was parked. The Tacos I ordered were also out of stock. I know the staff have a lot of stress and I mostly blame whoever is in charge of updating the Google since the whole situation could have been avoided. I tried to get a quick bite and it took entirely too long and ended up being a stressful situation. They seem to be grossly understaffed and stressed out. I will probably not be coming back here soon. It's about 9:50pm on a Tuesday and there are easily a dozen or more cars backed up at the drive through as I sit and wait for my food. read more

No I mean it they get ruined! my entire bar goes there! its the only 24 hour between hansvile and silverdale and it's all we got! And it's the number one after bar location in Pbo! and those four employees make my life every time, they are so kind and patient and wonderful and if there is a hold up they let me know in the nicest way possible and do everything they can! read more

I like Jack in the Box but this place is terrible. Their service is so slow inside and in the Drive-Thru. I have seen them drive away so many customers with their lack of service. The last time I was there, my husband and I ordered and behind us came of group of people that all work together. The service was so slow that some of the people went across the street to Subway got their sandwiches and came back before the people waiting online had ordered. I went through the drive through today and started my order. The lady never said hi just asked what I wanted. I asked for chicken strips and I was told they didn't have any. Then she said hold on and was gone for a few minutes. When she came back I ordered a number two and was trying to tell her what I wanted and she kept asking medium or large as I was telling her what I wanted on my sandwich. I asked her if I could finish and she kept talking over me. Then she told me to wait again. She went and did something else. When she finally came she finished taking my order. After arriving an hour before closing with zero customers at the place we were told that you could not go through the drive through or go into the restaurant and that we could only order through their app to receive any service. We amicably agreed and parked trying to download this app and order, which was ridiculously complicated and required a ridiculous amount of personal information to use and navigate. After less than ten minutes of trying to order on the app the employee came out and said they were calling the police if we didn't order and leave. (We we're doing nothing but sitting there trying to order) The employees girlfriend was sitting there waiting for him in the car, and i think he was wanting to leave. Just look at the customer service reviews on this SPECIFIC franchise. After that we would never have ordered food from a place that unbelievably unprofessional. Management does not teach just simple people skills. 4/5 people working there, waited 10 min just to order and not one acnowledged the customers waiting, Rude service. In the 20min i waited for one taco, 3 customers returned food one wanted a refund could not wait any longer. We only heard excuses.
