Deluxe cheeseburger was missing over half of the ingredients, the curly fries are heavily breaded and overcooked to almost pure carbon. teriyaki sauce is old and so salty it burns your mouth. Absolutely the worst Jack in the Crack I have been to. Two visits total, one dine-in and one drive-through: Drive-through: Sourdough sandwich - cold and old. Wasted my time and money. Dine-in: floors sticky like fly paper with a slightly, slippery oily layer. Restrooms reeked of rancid fecal remains that "leaks out" into the dining areas every time the door is opened. Tacos ordered chewy, not crispy and COLD??! So upset, I submitted my concern to their Jack in the Box website and received NO response. This is not a corporate store. They do not have all menu items. They do not honor nationally advertised discounts. They have staffing problems that affect the quality of food and service. It is really hit or miss to get good food here. The Jack by the 118 and Auburn Way is very close to this store. The Auburn store is a corporate store with all menu items available and advertised discounts are honored. The Food is and Service at the Auburn location is better. Corporate needs to get their act together and review their tapes half the time they don't wear a mask or have gloves on while handling food and usually are very rude. I used to work at jack in the box and have been going here for years and this has never happened to me. Me and a friend go to jack in the box to order some food. The lady taking our order was nice but when we drive up to pay, she is not wearing her mask...and the male cook was trying to help her with the soda machine but had very long curly hair with no hair covering or hair net... they both were touching our foods and weren't wearing gloves either. Everything is cool and calm then after she hands us our food, As I'm talking asking for some sauce, She immediately shuts the window before I could even finish my sentence. And then walks away from like she didn't hear me. I honk once. Nothing I honk again, nothing and I know she heard us because she was still at the cash wrap. I honk longer for a 3rd Time and then she finally acknowledged us and asked us what our problem was. I told her I was trying to ask you for sauce because you shut the window while I was talking. And then she furiously hands us the sauce and says "don't honk in my drivethru" slams the window shut again and then flipped us off. The amount of disrespect from this little girl is outrageous. I work near the Jack in the Box and visit probably three times a week when Im out of cereal. I usually only grab breakfast before I head out to do my work for the day. Most of the workers here are very friendly. They always ask how I'm doing. I'm sure this is part of the job and they probably don't care, but at least i think they do and that's what matters right? Anyways. I used to get two items every morning with a couple of condiments. One of these being ranch dipping sauce. Considering I used to work for jack in the box a long time ago, I know how it tastes. Well, something must be going wrong with this establishment. It tastes very weird. Almost like it's been sitting out for a little too long. I thought it was just me and stopped at another jack in the box in auburn and had no issues. The chicken sandwiches also from time to time taste kind of weird. I noticed a couple of times my tomatoes were looking kind of rubbery or something, not as fresh and crispy as always... So now I only order one item in the morning, a breakfast jack. They do a great job with the sandwich and have had no issues with that side of the order. Obviously I can't ask for the world when it comes to fast food, but I've had better more often at other fast food places. read more

This joint has had continually poor customer service since my significant other and I moved to the area in December '16. We've given them more than enough visits to redeem themselves without luck. Every time we come to the drive through we get snotty attitude as if we are bothering and inconveniencing the staff. This evenings order we were greeted at the drive through with a demanding and rude "What do you want?" And then repeated and demanding "anything else?" After every item I ordered. It's not like I was taking my time with the order, I was clear and concise with what I was requesting. On top of that, after only ordering a drink and two fries, our food was cold and soggy! December 30, 2017 at 7:45 in the evening, coming home from Puyallup, we stopped to get a couple burgers. We were eating inside and three young men in their late teens or early 20's came in yelling, jiving and with loud shouts across the restaurant. Their pants dragging on the floor, literally showing their ass to the only people in the restaurant, my wife and I and one other older gentleman They obviously knew one of the employees and were shouting back to him. There was no attempt by the people working there to tone them down. Instead one of the staff came to the front with food in her hands saying to the employee "this is for your friends"... We were intimidated enough that we picked up our food and left before things would have escalated. During all this, the big "F%#*" was used in a bantering manner between employees and the three amigos who had no care for their behavior and how it affected other diners like ourselves. We stood at the front counter for over 5 mins while the three women working complained about a large order they had received from the drive thru. They also complained about the woman who had placed the order. We were ignored- didn't even look at us so we left and went to Dairy Queen across the street. I go there last night after a crap day and they are out of coke, they are out of pumpkin spice syrup, they have 2 coffee dispensers and one is empty and the second one empties on my coffee and its cold coffee. I ask for a drink tray and they are all out of drink trays as well. I get home, 9 blocks away, and all 3 of the meals are cold as well. I have gone to this location multiple times but typically late night. I haven't had a bad experience that I can think of and it's the only place in the area that is open 24hrs. Sometimes the parking lot and trash can looks like it could use some attention. It's a small parking lot but they do have a few large parking spots that you can fit a small truck and trailer in. Sometimes I bobtail a semi in and park. You can also fit small box trucks. read more

The service is horrible by drive-thru way, slow surly and even angry at you for your business! I have literally looked at the scowl on the server and driven away without the products. The food is always over or under-cooked. It is coated in what seems to be EXTRA fat. Yuck. Never any napkins, so you are to eat as a beast?! Rude service very curt and unhappy... The parking lot was clean, someone actually picks up trash. I haven't seen a clean Jack in the Box in forever, so it was a nice change to see that this location actually cares. The employee was incredibly friendly. When I asked for extra napkins he gave them to me, didn't give me the "one napkin" per customer bs excuse. Wife and I came in for a brunch treat. We ordered our meal. I noticed Alyssa staging all the orders on the counter for an extended period. I had a problem with how the employees were handling the food while I was waiting. So, I informed Alyssa that when an employee changes a task such as going into the lobby to get food trays she should've washed her hands before handling any more food. she should have also washed the used trays. Alyssa was also repeatedly touching her hat and face\ hair without washing her hands. She then was serving fries which did touch her skin. LAYLA? the manager on duty told Alssa don't worry about washing your hands or using hand sanitizer. It isn't needed. Well, I beg to differ. Washington state health code states that when you change any task while handling food \ money with food that's not immediately cooked you must wash your hands. I believe her attitude telling Alyssa is what gave them only a "Good" rating on their most recent health inspection. I also believe that Layla needs some more training on health code since she stated to my wife she follows all codes. read more

Two times in the past month I have tried to order a stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meal and they have told us they are out of them and can't make them. No explanation other than that. So I figured they must be out of sourdough bread or something. No biggie so I order a jumbo Jack with cheese meal. Get home and look at the burger and it is all chopped up into six pieces no cheese. Second time tried the same thing said no munchie meals and I asked why. Told me that they weren't capable of making them.
