The customer service I received was absolutely horrendous. I had placed an order for the location on fir and it was redirected to iris due to high order volume and I didn't receive that notification until almost an hour after I placed my order, around 11 pm. I went to the location on iris and asked for my tacos, which was only one part of my order, to be made fresh and the order taker said yes. When my boyfriend and I got to the window I was confronted by a team lead. She was incredibly rude and threatened to put my name on a list for "making her throw away a lot of food". It was six tacos and I didn't make her. The boy at the speaker could have said no. I said absolutely nothing to her and left. I then called the store and asked to speak to a manager and she said that was her, when I knew she was just a lead. So she lied. I tried to explain to her that my order was redirected and I wasn't updated on my order until late and instead of being understanding she literally screamed at me over the phone. I have this all on recording. She was rude and as someone who worked for jack in the box less than a year ago I was so disgusted by her behavior. This most recent time we asked for 2 munchie meals and 5 piece churros, when we got to the window we received one munchie box and a single bag with sauces and a burger. I asked the employee about the rest of our meal, including the tacos & curly fries, they said they packaged it differently but everything should be there, I then told them we were missing some things and she said to check the receipt because she charged it as a completely different order which cost more and then asked us if we still wanted tacos, I said yes and she gave me the tacos, fries & churros. And remembering they had posted a big sign somewhere for 2 for $3 breakfast croissants I decided to try it out. Once I got home and opened it up I realize why they're only 2 for $3 and should have looked at the advertisement poster a little better. I got the sausage croissant and the croissant didn't really look like a croissant. More like a bun with lines all across it. Worst customer service including manager. Took our order have us drink cups. Drink machine was not working. Gave cups to employee who took our order. She then walks away and helps drive thru. I ask what is going on and manager walked out from the cook area with an attitude and says you have to wait til they get done with drive thru we are under staffed.
