The fact that the scale doesn't have a 0 to signify the difference between a complete disaster and a 1 for the sake of a token effort isn't the fault of the business rather than Yelp, but for the sake of clarifying my review, I'm marking this 2 stars. I drove through the drive through at 1pm today to pick up tacos; no one was ahead of me when I ordered and when I pulled up to the window my money was taken and meal paid for promptly and efficiently. To that end is where the positive review stops. After receiving my change I was asked to pull my car around to the front of the restaurant to where an entrance was to receive my food. Abit unnatural but nevertheless, there still wasn't anyone behind me, so I complied. After 5-9 minutes later, I was startled by the customer behind me in the drive through honking at me, and there was yet another customer behind him, but signifying that they had received THEIR food and was ready to leave. At first, I explained my issue, that I was still waiting for my food to be given to me, but then after another 2 minutes I forced myself to step out of my vehicle which was still in the drive thru, step inside the restaurant and rectify the situation by raising my voice to get an employee's attention. After explaining the delay in the drive thru and that people were waiting for myself to move forward so THEY could leave, the employee confirming my order, they THEN asked me to drive around to the OTHER front entrance of the restaurant, and my order would be brought out promptly. This is completely and utterly unacceptable service, and the only reason for the 2 stars was because of the efficiency of the order and exchange of money, however the rest was a complete train wreck. read more

I love Jack in the Box for a late night snack or for travel snacks. I always get bacon cheddar wedges, egg rolls, and coffee or an oreo shake. Every Jack in the Box I have ever been to has executed my order perfectly. However, this location consistently fails to make it at an edible level. My wedges and egg roll are always over fried, and taste like burnt oil. I was receive some minuscule amount of cheese that doesn't even begin to cover one wedge, and then the bacon is thrown on top of that cheese. I contacted Jack in the Box about my terrible experience and they're only reply was that they were sorry it happened. There wasn't any indication that they were going to retrain employees or make any changes in the restaurant. There wasn't even a consolation offered for multiple trips without being able to eat my food because of the quality. I won't be back ever again. I was really hoping it was just a fluke, but it clearly isn't. Everything down to management at this location is terrible. read more

Anyone going to this Jack in the Box needs to be aware that the food here is never consistent. I have stopped off for a wick stop through the drive through. The food is normally cold and old so I would advise everyone to realize this. However this will be my last stop here simply because not only was the food cold but my order was not completely filled. Tocos were cold and old. You could visualize see it, so I threw them away. The spicy chicken sandwich with cheese was sold cold that the chicken looked like rubber. Threw it away as well. Regular fries never were included. The one good thing on this visit was the person taking my order was one of the most respectful. A first for this place. Overall experience. I made a complaint to the guest relations, and they actually called me and talked to me about what happened and apologized. Continuously Makes the wrong orders! Went through the Drive-up. My husband and I went there last week, spending $28.00 EVEN, no change (that should of been the red flag)!!!! Upon returning home with the orders in the bag, we all were ready to chow down on the Jack, yum, BUT instead we had to call the store about our Wrong orders, all the orders were wrong! So we decided to called them, the Manager said to come back and she would reward us with a Free drink. Never offered to remake the orders. Never even offered a partial refund. Mean while my husband was talking to her on the phone, and speaker phone at that, she laughed at the situation, at that moment you could also hear her talking to her employees, saying, and I quote, well we fu***d up again, hehehe....This was not late night, but around 7pm. Nice language from the Manager! Ask for a Sourdough Grilled Chicken Club combo and we get a Dollar chicken sandwich, I asked for the Ultimate Bacon cheeseburger, and got the jr bacon burger at $1.29. The third order was suppose to be for the sourdough Jack burger combo, never even got that one, or the additional 4 tacos ordered! There was suppose to be regular fries with the orders, we got a mixture of regular fries and curly fries! And those alone were way over done and Hard. So I am asking where did the rest of our money go? Because it sure was not in what we ordered! A total of 3 combo's wrong, from the meat to the fries, and 4 tacos So who's pocket did my money end up in? Also, there was no traffic, 2 customers inside the store eating, and my husband and I being the only car in the drive-up! Sad. Last: when I asked for a receipt I was old they were out of paper in their machine!
