They also couldn't get an order right if their lives depended on it. My family and I frequent it on our way back from the dunes becuase it is right next to the Arco we go to. This last time was so ridiculous. Easiest order 3 orders of tacos 3 orders of onion rings and 2 orders of egg rolls they forgot the onion rings and the egg rolls. Then got the amount of each wrong. I have been to this location many times but the last 3 times everything has been extremely negative. I was in line for 30 minutes the last 2 times and tonight there was only one car ahead of me. They put their hand out to stop us from pulling up to the window so they can catch up with the timer. This happens all the time but the last 2 times they make us sit there for at least 10 minutes. Obviously their time is important to them or they wouldn't stop us but our time isn't considered. Then after waiting in line for a half an hour I finally get to the window there is no explanation or even an apology for the delay or a thank you for my patience plus the order was all wrong and we weren't even given a receipt! I have been to a great deal of Jack In The Box restaurants that I feel confident on what they're lacking and needs improvement. I will hardly ever come to this specific Jack because of the location though. They a large parking lot and an easy to maneuver drive-thru because of the extra space. The line for the drive-thru is slower than most places, but it's a steady movement. I ordered my food with ease and the workers were friendly. The only problem I came across was that they gave me the wrong soda, but luckily I was able to correct it right then there. The food was up to the franchise standard and I had all of my items. Overall 3 stars because I have yet to test the consistency of the place. Also I'm not sure if they tend to mix up items frequently as well. read more

The workers are really nice, like they ask me about my day and they always cheer me up when I'm feeling down. They make me feel as if I have a purpose in life whenever I talk to them. However, despite the friendly environment it provides, the business is slow. And I mean, sloooooooow. It's summer time now, I really want to be able to go to drive through to get a quick meal and a cold drink and leave, on the same day. I mean it's hot outside, like hot. Half the time they burn the curly fries and for some reason, they run out of Ranch a lot. They don't even let you know. Was there today and they gave me plastic cups with Ranch of undetermined origins. Don't know what soggy sponge is the manager here but they do a lousy job. The employee laughed when we asked about the cups, aware of the idiocy of it all and I hope no one gives him or any other employee a tough time about it, though It wouldn't be surprising. Was sent there today at 5:30 pm to get dinner for the boss and some of the crew, went thru the drive thru i was the only car there. i told them i had total of three orders. was told " we can only do one order per car ! ok so i did the boss's order which was two spicy jacks and a small coke! some how they thought i said 23 spicy jacks.. and it toke ten minutes for them to get order right . i get to the window got to the window they did get the food out quickly . but i toke another five minutes to get a receipt .
