When I got here, I find a worker laying on the sidewalk in front of the door, he was vaping and talking to himself with vulgar language. He screamed something like "someone give me some f***ng answers" I asked if he was OK and he said "I'm just talking shit" I figure he must've been under the influence of some type of psychedelic drug. He then asks what I'm doing and i say "Im about to eat" like duh. This should've been my sign to leave. After I ordered a cluck sandwich, I get a sandwich with no bun. I go to the front to ask for just a normal cluck like i ordered and they claimed i didn't order one. Reluctantly he made one. But it was extremely messy with sauce coating the bun, and for some odd reason hardened rice on the bottom. Chicken wasn't the best either but i cant complain too much because i did eat it. I payed for it!! Total rip off. Also a weird side note is the same guy approached a younger worker and seemed to be teasing but got really close and personal which the coworker did not seem to enjoy. Update: I'm a glutton for punishment. My daughter went to Jack in the Box tonight 5/18 to get me a Pink Pineapple Express Twisted Soda and they left out the ice cream. I've ordered it 3 times and it was only correct 1 time. I will never go there again. Every time we go to this location our order is wrong, the employees act like they don't know the menu and the service is slow. We purposely went there on the evening of 5/15 because I was craving a Pink Pineapple Express Twisted Soda (we also ordered a burger and breakfast sandwich). We had to repeat our order multiple times because the guy taking our order kept saying just a minute and talking to other people. It took forever and there was only 1 or 2 cars in front of us. They gave us a Sprite/7Up so we gave it back and said we ordered a Pink Pineapple Express Twisted Soda. Then they gave us the same drink again but added whipped cream on top. Obviously the employees don't know the menu. We had been there so long and were so frustrated that we just took the drink and drove away. We don't even know what we paid for because we didn't receive a receipt. There needs to be better supervision and training because the problems aren't getting any better. read more

One star is being generous here. Just today I ordered three items - egg rolls, jalapeño poppers, and a chicken sandwich. Now I know that's a lot, and seemingly very complicated - but they at least managed to get one item right. The other two were wrong. What I got was 2 orders of egg rolls, and a buttery cheeseburger. Now shame on me for trusting that they can manage three whole items, and I should have checked before leaving, but I did not. So when I got home, I called and spoke to a manager by the name of Sabrina. I asked her for a refund, and she told me I needed to come back. I'm not driving back for something like this. I requested a refund on the card I paid with, and she flat out refused. Told me to come back or call her GM, then hung up without waiting for a response from me. So I called the GM and got no response. Nor do I expect to actually get one. I stopped going to this location years ago, for this very reason. Won't be returning again either. Ridiculous. Edit: GM called me back and says he's going to refund the order - but didn't even ask what my order was, or my name, or any details of the actual transaction. So we'll see if this actually happens. Waited a god damn hour, they only served one car. Did not pull people thru or communicate at all. Even taking the order they were severely under trained. I cannot stress enough that in that hour only one car made it through with their food before I left. I will never be returning. In the past my experience has been great for fast food, for a good price. However the last couple times I have go there the food was quite sub-par even for a fast food joint. I thought I would try their new patty melt, you see the picture with mushrooms oozing out with the cheese...I had a dot of the mushrooms in the center of the patty about the size of a quarter, and my sons burger also had just a dot of sauce, with cheese that wasn't melted. It was like the burger had been setting there for a while, and they were finally able to use it and threw cheese on it with a tinny dot of sauce in the middle. read more

It's hard to give this place a positive rating. Visiting the restaurant at 9 p.m. I found no one around. Well, no one working that is. While vehicles were in the parking lot, someone no doubt had to be there. And since I was only going to go thru the drive-thru, I didn't think much of it. However, I could not find anyone to take my order at the speaker or after driving up the window, again no one at the window. I was not the only person trying that, about 4 other cars behind me, probably experienced the same. Website, said the hours were until 10 p.m., so did the signs. When I called that night and again in the morning, no answer either. Perhaps this store is closing down or maybe going out of business. Overcharged me for an item I did not order and then the employee argued with me. I know what I ordered. I should've taken a picture but the fries were cold and looked unappetizing. Went thru the drive thru starving and shaky hoping for "fast food". I was the 3rd car from the window and yet I might as well been at a sit down restaurant it took so long!! They felt bad and gave me my food without charging me. I decided not to leave a review thinking it was a one time thing. Now over a month later my husband stops by after a trip to auto zone to get dinner for our family. He ordered a lot of food and drove home. I dumped out the bag to find none of my kids food was even in the bag. My heart sank for them knowing that my husband and I got our food while they had to wait for us to quickly make then something else to eat. Afterwards we went back to jack in the box to make it right. I wanted my money back for the food I didn't get and shakes for my disappointed kids. Had great food every time but several times I've shown up before "closing time" (at 2am) I get there at 9pm and they say they are closed

I don't expect much from fast food but this Jack in the box is awful!! I've only been there 3 times and the first time my son wouldn't eat his burger because he said it tasted old, the second time they forgot 2 things in my order and now they gave me a burnt sandwich and fries that are cold and hard an unbeatable. . Called and spoke to someone who said their manager wasn't available. I was told they couldn't refund my money and they actually asked if I could come in to pick up the food. This place is obviously a training store for would-be employees to finish the last of their training. Unfortunately most of them are NOT ready. I would advise corporate to stop doing this. I waited over 10 minutes for a sourdough sandwich and it looked and tasted a week old. The staff was scattered. The shift lead and manager? Looked more confused than a cow headed to a meat grinder. Absolutely the worst Jack in the Box. As a former Employee of Jack, I couldn't believe the service and lack of concern for customers. I went through the drive thru and was asked to proceed to the front to wait. After waiting 15 minutes I went in to find out what was going on. After another 12 minutes, the food came out. As I watched the set up area, the fries were put in a bag where the became cold. The four ultimate cheese burgers were room temperature. To say the least, we will never be going to this Jack in the Box! No apologies for the wait time. The burrito was horribly wrapped, with the sauce seeping out the fold, and both ends were not tight, so the insides were falling out. I managed to get a bite in and was even more disappointed. I sent my husband through the drive thru several times and usually he comes home without a problem. The last few times they have been messing up our orders or asking for repeat orders anytime we visit. This time around made us both upset. Not only did the order get messed up but we got charged for more food than ordered. My Ultimate cheeseburger box was full of spare lettuce and tomatos off the prep line and as we all know the Ultimate doesn't come with it. We also order the small and received a medium and the cost that went with it. My husband orders the Double jack meal in the Large, that was fine but he told the girl he wanted the meal. She read back just the burger. He said no I wanted it in the meal. She fixed it and still rang up a full meal and a single burger. Costing us more than what we should have paid for. Stopped in here last night to grab dinner. There were three young men working behind the counter. The one who took my order was Glenn and as I waited for my food I watched him interact with his co-workers and restaurant patrons. He was not your typical teenager who worked in some fast food restaurant, you could tell he took pride in what he was doing. He was motivating the other two workers as he quickly bagged up each drive through order, took dining room order out to customers with a very friendly attitude and took orders through his head set.
