First appointment with Jack he was 40 minutes late. He was supposed to send me a Client Organizer to help me get all my tax information together - never received it. Called to set up an appointment to get my taxes done - Jack said he didn't have an office and that he worked out of his house. I told him I had already been to his office. We set up an appointment for him to do my taxes on 3/25/22. I went to his office and waited outside for a half hour and again he was a no show. I left two phone messages asking him to call me. Never received a return call. Now I have to scramble to find someone to do my taxes - I'm not very happy with Jack at this point. read more

Jack Ding is an amazing Tax Professional with the patience of a Saint. I had been trying help my Mother with her taxes for years but to no avail and she was in all kinds of trouble with the IRS. She is 76 and things like taxes overwhelm and confuse her, so we went to Mr. Ding for help. Jack worked with my husband and I to do our 2011 and 2012 tax returns. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in a stressful situation. I was so happy to have Jack help us with our taxes. Jack is like Clark Kent, quiet and unassuming. He then changes into superman and saves the day! Let me explain: I owed over $96,000 to the IRS and over $35,000 to the state. Jack listened to my story, understood the nuances of the tax code and saved the day by re-filing my corrected tax returns and thereby giving me a return of more than $2,500! He knows his stuff. The biggest problem I had was waiting for the state to fall inline with the IRS's decision. Jack essentially completed the process in less than three months but we waited an additional three months because of gov't processing.
