PA Jennings determined that there were 6 spots that should come off, and she would do 3 at a time. Came back, got changed into the gown, and was laying on the table. Jennings comes in and says, "Has anyone discussed the cost with you?" I told her they had not. I had provided my Blue Cross card at the initial visit, so I assumed I would have to pay another co-pay, but was not informed of anything else. So while I'm still in the gown, she sends in some lady that tells me that I will need to pay in full, upfront. The cost for just one mole removal would be $800. I told her that I was not prepared to pay that, so she proceeded to start negotiating what I could pay, TODAY. Mind you, I'm still in the gown. They made me feel so awful that I burst into tears. PA Jennings pretended to care, and I asked why I was upset. I told her that there are multiple spots that need to come off, and I was confused as to why they would not bill my insurance. She said she had nothing to do with that, but it was not about "The money" They finally agreed to let me set up a payment plan, for the mole that she deemed, "Most suspicious" They cancelled my future appointment and told me the best thing was to just keep an eye on the other spots, and see if they change. I will not be coming back to this office EVER!!! They do not care about anything other than your money. Don't go here unless you are prepared to pay for your procedure in full!!
