Worst experience ever!! Was told that I needed some moles removed. I had to make another…read moreappointment to come back after the initial evaluation. PA Jennings determined that there were 6 spots that should come off, and she would do 3 at a time. Came back, got changed into the gown, and was laying on the table. Jennings comes in and says, "Has anyone discussed the cost with you?" I told her they had not. I had provided my Blue Cross card at the initial visit, so I assumed I would have to pay another co-pay, but was not informed of anything else. So while I'm still in the gown, she sends in some lady that tells me that I will need to pay in full, upfront. The cost for just one mole removal would be $800. I told her that I was not prepared to pay that, so she proceeded to start negotiating what I could pay, TODAY. Mind you, I'm still in the gown. They made me feel so awful that I burst into tears. PA Jennings pretended to care, and I asked why I was upset. I told her that there are multiple spots that need to come off, and I was confused as to why they would not bill my insurance. She said she had nothing to do with that, but it was not about "The money" They finally agreed to let me set up a payment plan, for the mole that she deemed, "Most suspicious" They cancelled my future appointment and told me the best thing was to just keep an eye on the other spots, and see if they change. I will not be coming back to this office EVER!!! They do not care about anything other than your money. Don't go here unless you are prepared to pay for your procedure in full!! Made me feel like an absolute piece of trash!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and the care I received. After years of going to…read moreanother ENT clinic that was later sold and renamed, I spent nearly two frustrating years being given the runaround with no real answers or solutions for my condition. That all changed the moment I met Valerie. Within just one hour of my first visit, she took the time to truly listen, thoroughly evaluate my situation, and accurately diagnose the severity of what I've been dealing with. For the first time, I felt heard and taken seriously. While my previous doctor told me there was nothing that could be done, Valerie immediately took action. She has already scheduled me for a tonsil removal in the next 30 days to address the recurring infections and strep throat I've suffered through--three times in the past 11 months. On top of that, she identified additional concerns, referred me to the appropriate specialists for my GERD, and put me on a clear path toward real healing. For years, I've lived with constant pain, discomfort, and vocal cord damage that has affected my ability to speak and function normally. In just one visit, Valerie and her team gave me hope, direction, and a plan. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion I experienced here is truly exceptional. I was taken care of from day one, and it's clear this team genuinely cares about their patients. If you're looking for real answers and providers who will actually take the time to help you--this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend.

I'm not sure where to put the star rating. I'm torn between 3 and 4 stars, which is never an easy…read morechoice IMO. Today was disappointing... not so much about the level of care but based on when I called originally a few weeks ago to see if they treat a specific condition, I was told they do and have a few patients. Well, it turns out in less than 10 minutes, I'm told by the doctor that nothing can be done for me. That was extremely disappointing, it wasted money, a couple hours of my day to take time off work, drive into town and so on. It would be much better for the staff to know that something specific can't be treated rather than waste time for all parties, money and dash hope. As for everything else, check-in was prompt and I was taken back shortly after my scheduled appointment. The young man asking me questions didn't understand what I was being seen for and admittedly said he didn't know what to ask me. I didn't take offense, it's fairly rare. The doctor came in quickly, we spoke for a few minutes, mostly telling me things I already knew and unfortunately he told me there was nothing that could be done and I made my way to check out. I imagine their care is perfectly acceptable, as my previous ENT recommended I contact them, but as I said... it ended up being disappointing all around.

My mother spoke so highly of her and swore if anyone could help me, it would be Sara. I walked into my first appointment feeling so overwhelmed and I left feeling like a complete idiot, only because I had not gone in to see her sooner. I felt silly for being so overwhelmed, not because she minimized my problems, but because she made me feel like I could finally start managing them. She's incredible. I've been through so many different health care providers, and she is one of a kind. She truly listens to you, she truly cares, and if you have any health concerns she's going to get to the bottom of it, almost as though she takes it on as a personal challenge and will not be defeated. She is your biggest champion and advocate. If she can't sleep, she goes down rabbit holes reading about how to solve problems for her patients. She does that shit in her free time, and it shows. She's absolutely brilliant, kind, and going to the doctor has never been more of a delight. I have now been a patient of hers for almost two years, and she has absolutely turned my life around for the better. Her husband and co owner is also wonderful, and together they make quite the dynamic duo. She's a busy woman with lots of patients, children of her own, etc., but if you need her, she will absolutely make the time for you, and that is a quality unfortunately uncommon in the healthcare industry. On a scale of 1-10, she's an 11.
