I canceled service today…read more Problems began in May when they only showed up one time for treatment and the end of the month. Grass was taller than I ever saw it. It's had been over a month since they came in April. I still paid my month because I had prepaid for 6 months at the end of the year. Once summer hit there was more issues of 2plus weeks in between service and not only that but they don't have a consistent service date which is frustrating. One day I text them saying that during the summer, it is standard practice to come weekly for services and they said to me that they were here, but left because my dog was outside, but I'm home at the house and nobody rang the doorbell so I went outside and they were gone already. I said if my dog is outside I'm clearly home as we don't have a full fence.. Then another time it had been over two weeks since treatment and they said they left because it was raining and that they would come back the following day which they did, but then they scalped my lawn, so close to the ground that it stressed out my Saint Augustine, so I let them know that this was unacceptable again and stressed that they should be coming weekly well here we are it's three weeks again and they have not showed up. They would use a weed whacker around my back yard I have many raised beds. So they took it as close as they could but killed parts of my lawn as you will see in pics below. I was also told they would pull weeds beds but didn't. There is a corner of my yard over grown with plants that they have refused to mow ffor some reason too. Picture below I did hire them to do irrigation and palm trees trimming those jobs were successful.

When I mailed it in with my information and address, I got a call from the owner who wanted to know more about the certificate because he'd never seen it. The individual who had offered this donation and signed the certificate was no longer working for the company. Rather than saying I'm the owner and didn't approve this, he said that it wasn't my fault and he'd honor the prize.
