Big thank you to Blake and the crew at Jack Building and Design Co. All of their hard work and guidance with this project was second to none. The whole crew was great to work with every step of the way, even with the curve balls of being a contractor in 2021-'22. Our family highly recommends using these guys! read more

No hot water - again. Have had problems with our water heater from day one, and still no resolution. Warranty work is impossible without sales receipt which Jack Building & Design has, but we can't get a response to emails, calls, texts, or Facebook messages. Pretty irritating we have to spend money on legal counsel to get problems corrected because the water heater is truly just the tip of the iceberg. Crew worked hard on our retirement home but so many problems and many still unresolved after nearly 2 years. Definitely not great at correcting what was improperly done. Too many pictures to even think about sharing. read more

Yep, they can be a little messy but they made great on the spot decisions, work is quality!, and they were trustworthy and considerate!! They fit me in right away due to a tight timeline I had on some inspection needs. Wonderful! They appreciate pricing and a doing good work for a fair price. They have creative ideas and aren't afraid to dig into hard work. They understand the value of doing quality work and the right thing for people!
