I hate how overpriced everything is 3x what im use to paying in Texas but it is what it is. I did look at some food online before I went into the store to decide what I wanted. Went in grabbed a few things didn't ring up for sale at register I told the lady the item was on sale not ringing up. Not only did she not want to go check she blew me off and went back to talking to her coworkers standing in a huddle gossiping so annoying. The second time I went there my husband offered to help the guy bringing in the baskets because they were blocking the way out of the store for a nice little time. The guy yelled at my husband saying HIS CARTS!! Crazy!! There was another incident but I rather not talk about it cause it had me fuming and I'd like to forget about how poorly customer service is here. I can't wait to go to Minot or Dickinson. Grocery stores there nothing but smiles and hospitality.

Total is usually over $700. Today I went to check out and there were no lanes open except for self-checkout. I had no items to be weighed, so I go up to one of 7 registers that were open to only be told that I was not allowed to use these registers due to the size of my order. I told the cashier that there weren't any lanes open. I was told I would have to wait for a cashier to come back from lunch to be checked out. I was floored by this response. I had no problem with ringing up my own groceries, but to be told I have to wait I assume 30 minutes to an hour to be checked out. Really??? I'm sorry, I left my cart with that cashier and walked out. I will drive a little bit further to do my shopping from now on. This just baffled my mind.

However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

If you are in an RV, you can park your RV only if the store isn't crowded with cars. Small parking…read morelot. However, a few steps away is a laundromat. If you are doing laundry at the laundromat, there is room to park your RV there, and you can walk to the SuperValu while you are doing laundry. Their sign says KRAUSE'S. It's not as large as, say, a KROGER, but they have most anything you might want. They even sell Borax, which is something I use a lot of for cleaning in my RV. In their cleaners section, I did notice that they sell the Greenworks brand, if you like that brand. I didn't see any other "green" brand there, just the standards that have been around for years. Their Asian and Hispanic aisles have a decent selection if you like Asian or Mexican cooking. They have a bakery that makes donuts. Produce looked pretty good. I'm not sure how it compares price wise, I haven't shopped that much in North Dakota grocery stores. But, if you need to kill time while doing laundry a few steps over, and you happen to need food, this will have most any food item you would need.

They were on sale, which was a nice surprise for a last minute grab & the kiddo said they were tasty & much appreciated. The staff were scary friendly. I mean that in a good way. Whatever they're putting in the water (or pay checks), it's working. In & out quickly - I avoided looking at the new shipment of cheese and the magical popcorn corner - as I was in a rush. I stopped in yesterday to do some light shopping before I start work tomorrow…read more I asked one of the employees for help finding a shower curtain and was told that the signs at the top of the aisle should help me out. Didn't provide me with an aisle number or sense of direction on where to go. I finally figured out, it's because they don't sell shower curtains.......... Not sure if the employee even knew. All of the tags say that they "Buy by the truckload, so we can save by the cartload". However, this was one of the most expensive grocery stores I have ever shopped at. It is up there price wise with the last whole foods I went to if not more expensive. With not nearly the quality, I looked through some ground us chuck, and after moving 4 packages out of the way, I finally found one that wasn't brown and was the reddish color I expect to see from meat... It comes easy for me to say that I will be making it a priority to find a new grocery store regardless of how far I will need to drive.

I…read moreknow the wait annoyed those in lime behind us and, normally, I'd let a small mistake in pricing slide. When things are ringing up double the posted price tho, well, that seems extreme. An employee was quick to assist with overriding the price & said it appears the prices weren't updated in the system. I will say I've never ran into this here before. Overall, the amount we caught was about $20 & we didn't go back through to check all the prices to see if there were more items. Hopefully this was a ome-time mistake with the busy holiday season and is quickly fixed. Friendly service either way, which I appreciate.
