I came to this CVS to load cash onto my Chime account. The first transaction worked perfectly, but…read morethe second transaction for $500 did not. The employee accepted my cash and told me to come back within 24 hours if the money didn't show up in my account. I did exactly what I was told. When I returned, the store manager and the front cashier treated me like I didn't matter. Instead of listening to me or trying to investigate what happened, they immediately told me to call my bank. I did, and Chime confirmed they never received the transaction and therefore had nothing to investigate because the money was never sent to them. I even had receipts showing that one transaction was ACTIVATED while the other only said ACCEPTED, but they refused to compare them or take any responsibility. They acted like it wasn't their problem, even though CVS accepted my cash. As I'm writing this review, I STILL do not have my $500 back. CVS kept my money, and no one has refunded me or helped resolve this issue. That $500 was my rent money, and because of their mistake, I'm left dealing with the financial consequences. I have never felt so disrespected by a business. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no attempt to help fix a problem that happened in their store. Instead, they brushed me off and sent me in circles. I expect much better from a company like CVS. If you're considering using this location to load cash onto a card or account, I would strongly recommend thinking twice based on my experience.

However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

Didn't provide me with an aisle number or sense of direction on where to go. I finally figured out, it's because they don't sell shower curtains.......... Not sure if the employee even knew. All of the tags say that they "Buy by the truckload, so we can save by the cartload". However, this was one of the most expensive grocery stores I have ever shopped at. It is up there price wise with the last whole foods I went to if not more expensive. With not nearly the quality, I looked through some ground us chuck, and after moving 4 packages out of the way, I finally found one that wasn't brown and was the reddish color I expect to see from meat... It comes easy for me to say that I will be making it a priority to find a new grocery store regardless of how far I will need to drive.

If I have a question, it's always answered. When I was in Colorado for 6 months, I continued to use Thrifty White, and if I move out of Minot or ND for that matter, I will continue to use them. I'm just asking how to make the process easier, because I had called in to have them order the meds to be ready for when I was able to fill (like one of the workers had told me to do) and got my head bitten off by a worker that I wasn't even working with. I've had good experiences before, but I'm not okay with not being able to calmly ask questions.

The staff is very helpful with your scripts and with helping you find over the counter cold medication. They will ask you what sort of symptoms you have, if you take certain medication and help you find something that will not interact with what you take and help with your symptoms. That's great service from a pharmacist. They also have some pretty tasty specialty candies by the register.
