I love this mall I…read moresee the same guard at night by the Dunkin around 130am. Nice guy, I thought. I thought I was SAFE. Nay! I see something or someone every night who stands near the guard by the entrance, say nothing, but don't know why no one does. I mean he should respectfully change sometime, not outstay his welcome. I try to speak to the guard who pretends to speak another language than English. The fact he did that was not nice, disrespectful and if anything ever were to happen he would be a zero, not act, and we don't need that. The guards all around are good. I don't feel this one would protect us since his character is poor. I really didn't appreciate his poor judgement and he does speak English, I just didn't hear the last thing he said and he would not tell me and said he didn't speak English when we were talking in English. Crazy, as I didn't need that Attitude when I wanted to help. The guy hanging out isn't causing trouble, but he is by the edge of the elevator early at night every night. And obviously the guard is sexist because he isn't giving him the cold shoulder he gave me. One would hope when someone speaks to a guard that they would respond. I happen to have left my purse in the theater, so I went back after all, got it then when I passed him this time at 230am I walked by him as if he didn't exist because he treated me as if I didn't exist and he is there for our safety. That guard is just collecting. He is useless. I don't trust his ability to be helpful. Courtesy goes along way. He knows that man is there, fine, and now you know that guard apparently discriminates and should anything bad truly happen he would act stupid and play dumb again. I'm not playing with my life. If I speak up, I care, so if someone needs help, and they ask him, he probably would have another disturbing reaction.

The space in the store is good, nothing appears cluttered or scattered and the floors are kept clean. Needed to use the restroom and that is also an area that only has one per gender and the lines become a bit much. Due to the restrooms overuse it definitely requires additional cleaning to maintain it clean and stocked with toiletries. First, if you're planning to come here on the weekend, RESERVE YOUR SPOT ONLINE AHEAD OF TIME!!! And I'll tell you why... My friends and I decided on Friday afternoon that we wanted to come here the next day (Saturday). Me, being the planning-type person that I am, immediately hopped onto their website. I found a tab for "reservations", so I checked it out as I had a feeling that they might be pretty busy on the weekend. Sure enough, for our group of 6, they only had availability between 11am and 4:45pm or at 9pm. That was it! We were hoping for an evening slot, but we all decided to settle on the 4:45pm slot and just go have dinner afterwards. Before continuing, it's important to note that each person pays $17 for unlimited use of the board games for a 3-hour duration. When booking online, you have to pay for the entire group's "game time pay" up front in order to get the reservation. So, since it was 6 of us, I went ahead and paid $102 to secure our spot. **They are clear that they do NOT do refunds so make sure you can actually make the time slot you are booking!! Upon arrival, we gave them my name and they showed us to our reserved table. They gave us some quick instructions on what to do with the games when we were done with them, then they left us to have fun! So why is a reservation important? Because I can't tell you how many people we watched get turned away because they showed up and the place was already at max capacity! Our table happened to be right in front of both the door and the counter, so we watched a constant flow of people walk in and then immediately walk back out. Another important thing to note is that they don't allow outside food or drinks, but they also don't serve food... They have coffee drinks available to order as well as a few smoothie options and bottled/canned beverages. Additionally, they had some bagged chips and a few pastries, but that was it. So if you book a slot during dinner or lunchtime, you might want to ensure you eat beforehand as you won't be eating a meal here. The setup inside was a little chaotic. Very crowded with little space between the tables. Also, the staff seemed to not really care to want to be there. They weren't really attentive to the patrons there nor to each other, for that matter. At one point, the trash can was overflowing and I watched one staff member struggle with it and yelling for help but no one came to assist her... Final verdict: If you love board games, definitely come check this place out!!! Reserve your spot ahead of time and bring at least 3-5 people with you for maximum enjoyment!
