Our drain recently backed up into interior washtubs. We have had this problem for years, usually…read moreneeds service every two years. The last service call from our old service 'Brain Drain' had felt incomplete and we needed it again within 12 months, so we were looking for a different service. By luck we tried Falkowski! What a complete difference! Let a message, got a call back with in 45 minutes. Set up for 8:30am the next day! The the team of two sewer technicians showed up, they were on-time, friendly, courteous, and masked. I was very impressed with their attention to protecting our home and cellar from dirty feet or equipment. The two men listened carefully to our description of the problem, asked some questions, looked at our plumbing and discussed with us, how they planned to proceed. Obviously they needed to snake the sewer lines but they checked out the outside and did measurements first. They snaked the whole lines 3 times, using successfully larger devices to open and clean out the lines. We thought we might need to use a camera to determine the problem but the lead man, Zach, had so much experience, that he could tell from the residue on the snake what the pipe composition was and if there were tree roots and more. Once the lines were cleaned out and checked by running lots of water through them, they cleaned up and removed their equipment just as carefully as they arrived. There was no visible trace that they had been in our cellar!!! (Previous services had left dirt and residue on floor and wall!) Throughout this process, Zach shared information about what he was finding and how it appeared that our lines were probably iron, based on the presence of rust and since he found no evidence of tree roots, it saved using the camera. Also Alex, discovered a leak in our wash tub drain and he spent some time to correct that included in the service call! This is by far the best experience we have ever had with a Sewer Service. This is a tough, dirty job and these two men were patient, kind and informative the whole way. They are the best reason to use Falkowski Sewer Service for you next Drain job! A good job done well. I also feel the price was totally correct and in-line with service received! Call Falkowski, they got the job done, quick, efficiently, and right and at a fair price.
