He was incredibly patient, allowed me to choose multiple stains to sample on the floor, and even talked me through my decision the night before I planned on getting the job done to make sure I would be satisfied with the end result. And honestly, the end result was absolutely perfect! His team did careful and detail oriented, yet highly efficient work. They were thorough in pulling out large appliances and sanding underneath, and when appliances could not be pulled out, they were meticulous about getting right up to the edge with the stain. Our newly painted apartment destroyed. They also messed up all our molding and stain is everywhere. I initially gave a 5 star review for bang for buck. But now the value is gone considering we we will have to fix so much. You get what you pay for I guess.!
