More concerning, an entire side of the house appeared to have been missed altogether. My husband contacted the owner, Chris Lagrasta, (the one who did the power washing) about the issue. He acknowledged the concern and said he would come back to take a look, but we never heard from him again. No follow-up, no return visit, and no effort to address the problems. What makes this even more disappointing is that my husband and the owner discovered they knew each other from years ago and have many mutual friends. We expected that would mean a little extra care and professionalism, not less. We paid for a professional power washing service and expected a thorough job and basic follow-through when concerns were raised. Unfortunately, we received neither.

After quoting me a very fair price to paint the porch, we found out it had been previously painted with a commercial grade and highly volition Rexthane paint - this turned the job into 4 days of prepping, sanding and painting with a crazy toxic paint. He barely raised the price - just to cover cost of paint - and was in contact through the whole process. It is prettier than I could imagine and I feel a sense of relief. Would HIGHLY recommend. Cons: Lacks attention to detail, will not fix imperfections just paints over it (painted over prior painter impressions instead of sanding first, painted over/damaged our new outlets/switches, left drips and bubbles everywhere. After having him come back to touch up the imperfections and hearing excuses and shifting blame on pre-existing imperfections or contractors not prepping properly, we knew we weren't going to achieve the level of work we wanted. Ultimately, we paid him the balance owed. However, we asked him for a quote for the rest of the house to compare rates and gladly hired another painter to fix and repaint almost every wall (absent ceilings). We are now very happy with our current painter. This only proves that we weren't the only one seeing the imperfections. We received higher quality work for a more competitive price.
