I hope I never have to call now. There is no way to get an appointment unless you call at an appropriate time or queue outside for 30 minutes before opening time. How do people in work get an appointment for something non-urgent? Systems and policies here are likely putting people in danger.

So how does an 83 year old who is being discharged from hospital get to see a doctor as requested by the hospital? I appreciate there are few doctors and I appreciate there are 22000 patients but surely a better service than this can be provided for by the only doctors practice in the area? Given the choice, I would not register here but I don't have any choice....
