They initially said they could repair it with PDR, but the next day they told me it would require bodywork costing around $1,300 because them fixing it would damage the paint. I decided to try one last time and found Juan at Dent Dogs. They responded quickly, and Juan was professional, honest, hardworking, and clearly very experienced. After everything the other shops had told me, I honestly did not think the dent could be repaired, but the result came out way better than I expected. Juan saved me from spending over $1,300 on bodywork and charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him and will definitely come back if I ever need PDR work again.

Communication was good after completion; they texted me that my vehicle was ready, which I appreciated. However, the communication could have been better at the start. I called and stopped by the day before to get a quote and go over the details of what I needed. My vintage vehicle was a disaster when I left it at Midtown, but they worked hard to clean it and make it look much better. The price I was given at checkout was about $60 higher than what I was quoted that morning. But considering what a challenge my vehicle presented, I opted not to challenge it. I would recommend Midtown for detailing work.
