Did an outstanding job with pressure washing my front and back patio, and for a reasonable price! Very satisfied.

I had a contract with them to do the power washing of the house, power washing of the patio with sanding, plus clean the back gutter in beginning of June 2025. We had set up an appointment for Jun 27th, 2025, at noon. I did not hear from them, and I had to call them multiple times. I had to take time off from work. Finally, they came in the evening and were not able to do anything due to a water truck shortage. They made another appointment, but still were not able to do anything. To make it short, this happened for almost 3 months, and the job was still not completed. Finally, they hired a new manager whom I met on the property, and as soon as he looked at the job, he mentioned that this was horrible work the guys had done. He assured me that he would take care of everything, and yes, he tried, but still no results. While cleaning the gutters, two of the big nails that hold the gutter were broken. They moved my furniture to the yard, and I am still missing a lot of equipment. The house still looks the same as if it had not been cleaned. They started demanding money for the work, and as per my deal, it was to pay cash, but now the money they are requesting is more and includes tax. If the work had been completed, I would have definitely paid them. Now they are going to file a court case, which I am very happy about, and I have aligned my lawyer to sue them for all the damage, plus not completing the job, plus damages of broken gutter, missing my furniture pieces, plus wasting of my time, not once but for multiple months where I had to take time off from work. I will see them in court and sue them so that their license gets revoked. I am happy to come to an agreement with them, which can resolve the issue, but so far, I am only receiving threats from them.

This…read moremid-Sept. day, Paul Russo and his TruClean crew came to our house and, as per his detailed itemized cost quote, performed their work. This started with cleaning all roof gutters and ensuring that all leaders and downspouts were not clogged by thoroughly flushing them. They then applied their chemical agent via spray method to kill any and all mold, mildew, algae and moss that was present on the cedar shingles. After a short period of time they used a wide spray power washing to rinse and flush all of the dead remains of that organic growth, as well as any tree sap from the roof. They also performed spot cleaning of selected areas of our stucco facades, masonry chimney and flagstone terrace where stubborn dirt had collected on the surface. They completed their work to my complete satisfaction in one day and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, once again, I can and do highly recommend TruCLEAN Wash for this type of roof cleaning, for cedar shingles, as well as slate and/or terra cotta roof tiles that become stained from mildew, mold, moss, sap and other tree droppings, as well as general air pollution. One can quickly tell that Paul and his team take pride in producing high quality workmanship to achieve the desired final results. The entire TruCLEAN Washteam was eager to accommodate, if not exceed, the expectations of a very demanding client. Alexander V. Bergo, AIA Sept. 19, 2023

We recently had the good fortune of discovering Cannon, when our driveway finally reached the point…read moreof nearly swallowing small cars in ever-growing potholes and no safe path to avoid them. Ours is a farm lane, stretching a good tenth of a mile between the road and our home, so it was no small task to repair. For ages, we'd kept putting it off and doing our best to just patch the worst holes by hand and occasionally asking a friend to scrape it as best they could with some farm equipment. At best it was a patchwork delaying tactic. At worst, it made countless delivery drivers hate us with a passion. Enter Charles and Cannon. Charles is a character and a whirlwind, as full of energy and stories as he is in expertise on road repair and paving. One thing he's not full of: let's say "blarney." From the initial discussion, he laid out a plan to not just fill and cover over the driveway, but regrade it so that water would no longer sit and pool, inviting further damage during winter freeze-thaw cycles. He spelled out the tar and chip surface he proposed, a ballpark timeline in which he expected to complete the multiple phases of repair and resurfacing, and a quote. After much consideration, we decided it was time to do it and do it right, so we gave Charles the greenlight. And he delivered. In spades. Areas where the forest had encroached into our old driveway were pushed back and restored. Additional material was brought in to regrade the road, roll it down and pack it to prepare for the top surfacing. Twice, because the lane was so bad the first round had to settle and pack. Charles himself handled the final regrading step to make sure the slopes were appropriate to direct water into areas where it could run off and leave the driveway clear. The final step of actually applying the tar and chips turned what was once a (barely) serviceable farm lane into something that could comfortably be described as a manor drive. See for yourself in before/after pics attached, but everyone who has driven in since has commented on how beautiful it is, along with how much more comfortable the drive up the lane is. Within a couple weeks of its completion, we had seven inches (!!) of rain over the course of a week or so. And true to Charles' promise, the water all ran to exit points and left the lane dry. The only exception was one spot where the area to which it drained couldn't handle that much water. That was on us, and with a bit of clearing to let it all run to a ditch, even the little bit that pooled right along the edge would now have plenty of room to fully escape down to the irrigation pond. We truly couldn't be happier. If you've been thinking about getting a lane or other driving/parking area resurfaced, definitely give Cannon a call and ask for Charles. Your driveway will thank you.

Despite initially…read moreraising my concerns and requesting them to revisit the issue, it took an excessive amount of time and multiple phone calls from me to prompt their response. Eventually, Larry from Cannon Patio and Driveway visited, but his solution was inadequate. He simply suggested sealing the areas where gravel was coming up, without addressing the sinking and discoloration of the driveway caused by regular vehicle use. They were initially hired to tear out my old driveway, regrade, level, and asphalt it. Their work was rushed and subpar. The regrading and leveling have failed, resulting in puddles forming on the driveway. Asphalt is already starting to loosen and come apart, which is unacceptable considering the amount of money I paid for their services. They provided a quote for the project, but when it came time to settle the bill, they charged a higher price. They claimed it was due to miscalculations regarding the amount of gravel needed. This pricing scheme is deceptive, and I regret not conducting thorough research on contractors before hiring them. Be careful and DYOR. Don't make the same mistake I made.

After a while, my eyes started burning from all the chemicals and bleach he used. I went outside to tell him he was using too much bleach. He stated he has power washed plenty of homes and knows what he is doing. The next day I noticed white spots on my house. I contacted him about the spots. He said he would come back the following week. However, he returned a month later. Keep in mind, when I initially contacted him, he came out the very next day to inspect the house and scheduled the job the following day. When he finally showed up a month later, he denied destroying my house. Not only did he use too much bleach or chemicals, but he also used to much pressure. When he returned the second time to try and fix the problem, unfortunately it still looked the same. After giving him some time to try and rectify the problem, I asked him for his insurance information. He refused to provide me with the policy information and told me that he wished he never met me and to file a police report and take him to court. After a week or two later, he eventually provided his insurance info. It is now July, and I still have not been made whole. Eric is disputing the damages with the insurance company and refuse to take accountability for his negligent workmanship. I decided to use Eric because he had good reviews. But now I wonder how authentic those reviews really were. Every time I pull up to my house, I am reminded of how he DESTROYEDit.
