We had to initially return that door and re-purchase the one that worked with our entry, and Keith came over and did it all with ease. He's very friendly, tells you what is needed to complete the job, and the installation went great. We recently had him and helper Josh install a carport for us, which was just finished last week. We are very happy with the results and his flexibility working around a couple of cars that were disabled. They got the job done in 2 days! We will definitely call on 307 Handyman for all future odd jobs, and highly recommend Keith, Jennifer, and their team. Thank you!

He makes it a top priority to use the best quality materials that fit within the desired homeowners budget. We were very pleased with the professionalism and care his workers showed while on our property. They were polite and never left a mess behind. David was also very responsive in getting us a quote and subsequently beginning work on our fence as the weather permitted. Halfway into our project we requested a fence also be built down the front of our property between us and our neighbor, in addition to our backyard fence, and he was very accommodating in adding that to our project. He quoted us a price and after material arrived realized a measurement was incorrect and that more material would be needed. Most contractors would have requested more money. We wouldn't have minded paying but David said the quoted price was the price and not to worry about it since the mistake was theirs. After dealing with many contractors his integrity is refreshing. They worked diligently to put up the fence in the timeframe they estimated. It's extremely solid given its long length in our wind prone area and it looks beautiful. We get compliments on our fence constantly and people asking who built it. I would highly recommend David, his workers and Wyoming Fence Company to anyone looking for a fencing contractor.

We bought a house in Wyoming. There was an enclosed porch on the back of the house. The handy man…read morethat did the work of enclosing the porch had no idea what he was doing. After spending $2300 to have the electric corrected and put to code, we became suspect of the construction of the room itself. So, we had an Engineer come out and assess the porch. We were told not to use the room, because it was unsafe. We put stabilizer jacks under the porch to hold it up. I called AllTerra Constuction. They were one of two companies with a five star rating. Steve came out and looked it over. They put a new wall under the porch with a 4 foot foundation. A permit was pulled so we can make the porch into living space. AllTerra was very professional; excellent work, good price, courteous, complete clean-up, timely completion of the job. I highly recommend them. Definitely a company I would gladly call back for another job!!

Had an offer from possible homebuyers who wanted to remodel. They had MC submit a bid for removing…read moreskylights and reroofing. Offer fell through and buyers backed out. Approximately a year and half later another offer to purchase comes in and new buyer wants roof inspection. MC used the earlier bid with some word changing and implied skylights needed replacing and our ceilings might need possible new plywood for ventilation. - The skylights have never leaked. Our ceilings are ALL vaulted and there is no attic space or space to ventilate anything. Of course MC had no indoor access so they wouldn't know. Only had the old plans to remodel (never done) to work off. New buyers have no plans to remodel. I could not in good conscience ever recommend someone who is too lazy to do much more than take an old bid, rewrite it and submit it as an inspection report when it's really just a bid trying to get a roofing job.
