Do not call this locksmith!!! I had asked him to do screen door work at my mother's house. She has dementia. I told him to look at the screen door and to call me with any repairs that needed to be done to it. I made it very clear that he must contact me because she is not able to make the correct decisions. I made it very clear that he contact me before any work commences. He did not call me. When the work was finished, he had replace the main locks on the garage entrance and front door. I have no idea why he would even do this as I only needed repairs on the screen door. The bill was $367.00. He is absolutely not an honest contractor. I accidentally locked my keys in my car. other locksmiths in town were going to charge $100 and up and they wouldn't be there very timely. Our locksmith from Central Wyoming locksmiths came within 30 minutes and charged only $65 and even made an extra key right in his van that I could hide away in case I locked the keys in the car again. Russell was very friendly and even helped me locate the battery in my key fob and told me the number and what type of battery to get so that I could change it myself, saving me the 50 or so dollars that the dealer would've charge to change the same battery. I was very happy with my service, and I will definitely be calling them again for future locksmith needs. read more
