When we hired Kunst for significant interior painting, we asked for one of the former Migale painters, and they were obliging. Kunst send a staff painter, Edgar, to do the work. The painting was top-flight. No big surprise here! Painting tape and painter's paper was everywhere. Then I looked. Not a single spill or wavy margin. This is the quality painting where you cannot tell if a wall or baseboard has been repainted - except that it now looks new again! The painter himself was super courteous, and did everything we asked - and more. For this kind of quality painting, the price was perfectly fair and reasonable. I cannot believe that in years past I hired painters who seemed competent, and charged less, only to find window panes with paint on them, and evidence everywhere of repainting. For those of you who know about matchless quality interior painting, okay, I am preaching to the choir. Vilsen came to give me a quote and was very honest about the level of work this project would take and he made recommendations to help bring our cost down (for example, it would be cheaper to buy new closet doors than to resurface and paint the old ones). He gave me a quote within 24 hours and I decided to move forward with him. On the first day of the job Vilsen and his team moved all of our furniture and covered everything to protect it from the dust. The team was very efficient and they even started the resurfacing on day 1. During the project, I also had new floors going in - Vilsen was able to work around the flooring team. He was always cheery, communicative, and willing to go the extra mile. Despite floor installation interfering with painting, Vilsen finished our project in record timing.
