Pierpont Painting deserves every single one of these five-star reviews. We hired Tim to come in and…read morefinish an interior paint project with things like touch ups and final coats of paint for what was estimated to be about a 4-day project. I'll start with Tim: during our walk through it was immediately apparent how knowledgeable he is, sharing insights and ideas for how we could finish this project up seamlessly and as cost effectively as possible. He was extremely communicative and available throughout the process and came on site every morning to check progress and give us updates. I was additionally impressed by that, given I imagine that our project was smaller in scope than many others Pierpont had at the time. Next comes his team: Hugo, Milton, and Arnoldo were absolutely wonderful to have working on this project. We were living in the home while they were there and they went above and beyond to be thoughtful and tidy about their work spaces, worked extremely hard, and were extremely friendly. The work speaks for itself. Ultimately, this project went under budget and finished on time, even though we added a few little things to the scope while they were on site. Pierpont Painting is a first rate company. I appreciate how Tim treats his employees, how much pride his team takes in their skilled work, and how much effort they put into making sure we as customers knew that they cared about the project and our home. If need painting services again, we're going with Pierpont Painting. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Mauricio and his team painted our house several years ago, and did a very professional job…read more Mauricio himself was very responsive via email and accommodating to our requests. I highly appreciated his attention to details and pointing out how certain portions of the paint job would be done, which included partial removal of some wooden pieces that would need to be painted under and then replaced. He also knew exactly the right paint coats we were looking for and gave us good recommendations for matching trim colors and recommended brands for the type of look we were looking for. As a result of Mauricio's work, we started noticing our neighbors getting around to getting new paint jobs for their properties in our immediate block.

We really appreciate the excellent communication, clear and very fair price for labor and supplies and most of all his work ethic. My husband and I appreciate his skills and the positive attitude he brings to the job. Original review from 2019: What an amazing job Efren and his team did! We got his name on the recommendation of a friend but also did our due diligence and got bids from four other painting companies. SO glad we went with Lopez Painting. They were painstaking in the all-important prep, did a great job with detail work, used all the required environmental protocols, brought their own scaffolding, cleaned up assiduously every day throughout a job that stretched into three weeks. They did a beautiful job on our exterior. The only inconsistency is in the spelling of its lovely, straightforward, reliable principle's name! I double-checked and believe it's Efren.

Not only did they give us the most reasonable bid, but at every step, met and surpassed our hopes. We had concerns about old cracks in the stucco and deep peeling of the original trim. From the first day they erected the scaffolding (with netting), they cleaned out the cracks and patched (so you can't even see the original crack) scraped, sanded, epoxied and primed every surface, then began and completed the finish coats with precision. Even after it was all complete and the scaffolding was removed, Efram returned to check his work, spending another whole day adding another coat to this and that. In the end, it is stunning. Best part, before he left he said, "See you next year." I asked why. He said, "I gave you a five year guarantee and I'll be back to make sure it holds up!" I highly recommend Lopez Painting.
