Everything took way too long to be taken care of. From the time he was brought from the ME office, to being notified that his body was picked up and the cremation was complete. It was supposed to be a funeral home in Freeport(much closer to where I live) Then I was NOT notified about the additional 4% charge for paying with my credit card. 5 death certificates were ordered. Neither my niece or myself have received any to date! This was paid in full, one month after his actual date of death on 03/15/26 Today is 04/13/26 another month has passed. No accounts can be taken care of without a death certificate! This is extremely unprofessional and I would never recommend the business to anyone
