My name is Joe Mendez, Realtor with Coldwell Banker Coastal Alliance. I have used Angela Valley…read moreexclusively on all my listings for the last two years plus. My last listing was in Palm Springs and I hired her for that listing even though I could have found someone else locally. Why? Because I like her as a person and more importanly because she is GOOD. She does great photogrpahy work. And she also does Matterport photography which sellers love to see when they list their homes with me. More importantly, buyers love this feature. Especially in the times of covid 19 pandemic. It offers there closer views of a place they are considering buying. She is meticulous! And she gets the photographs to me quickly. This is important to me because once I get a listing, I have 48 hrs to put up photos on the MLS. So it is important that I get my photos back as soon as I can get them. We are also both members of the LBGLCC and I want to super our businesses in our chamber. I highly recommend her as your photographer of choice if you are a listing agent. Here experience with a camera is exceptional. No matter what the listing is. I have used her on small condos, medium size condos, large houses with lots of space and in highly desirable neighborhoods. What I also like is if I need added photos, example a night view. She can produce that one picture that I can use that will help me do one more added WOW to my listing. MOST RECENTLY within the last couple of months, I hired Angela to do a marketing video for me. I just wanted a video that reflects me, who I am as a person and as a Realtor. I wanted a video that also showed my values and passion for real estate and for my clients. I have to say that I was riding HIGH when we finally finished the video yesterday, Tuesday, 03/02/21. I could not have been more happy with the work that was done to get me truly showing me the person I am that goes beyond my real estate career. From the minute I posted the video on Facebook and other plateforms, my phone went nuts with messages, text messages, FB likes, loves, IM's. Wow! I was so excited! I literally cried from happiness. Not only did the video capture me. My spirit showed up to my past clients, fellow Realtors, colleagues, friends and family. Once again, her attention to detail. She guided me for two months on the process. What to expect. She also interjected what she felt might work best for . I loved the variety of scenes we films to produce this amazing marketing video. We had photos, we have videos, we had drone shots, we had me in car. We did a drone shot of me at my sale in Belmont Short. My past clients allowed me to go back and use their home for the last show. I especially liked that we were able to interview two of my past recent clients on a zoom conference call and were able to put them both into our video. I could not be more satisfied. I STRONGLY recomment Angela Valley with QT Real Estate Photography. You will stand out! You will be noticed! And I am sure this video will bring me the business I want to attract.
