Our tank began to leak/lost hot water in April, its now middle of July. They have a tendency to only come every 2 or 3 weeks and repeatedly order the wrong part. Their explanation for this is the manufacturer sent the wrong one, except this would be the 4th attempt. We even had a different company come in to try and help with diagnosis of the issue, who told them exactly what to order to repair it. They still got the wrong parts. Now after 3 months they realize what they need to order...... the exact parts the other company told them to order. It's sad how quickly people will take your money to sell you a product but then completely bail when it comes to warranty work. Did I mention they dont keep you in the loop at all and always have an excuse? I feel bad for Nicole, she has to deal with the phones all day. I reached out to the owner Joe Yenason twice about this issue, no response whatsoever. This company is not recommended if you plan on living in the same home they worked in.
