I paid for the services which they said that I needed before they could repair the floor, which they never did. I paid for underbelly lining to be put up under my home of which they did not do. I clearly marked on the memo section of the checks given to them for services, that the warranties be honored as well as the additional damages repaired. There are texts, telephone messages, pictures as well as receipts and documents to support my complaint against this company. The company told the BBB that they have a video to share of the work that they performed. I provided pictures and texts confirming my complaint/damages of which I exchanged with the General Manager and Contractor. I was reassured that they would make it right and repair and do the work......to date they have not contacted me. I can provide the pictures and text messages verifying this additional post.

Absolutely one of the most absent-minded, boneheaded, obvious mistakes you could make. I only noticed due to the smell of burning metal and smoke. This installation could of burned my house down, god forbid with my kids inside. Used this contractor to come and diagnose my issue. They had to return multiple times over the course of a few days to finally replace the condenser in my outdoor AC unit. The condenser they installed was done improperly, causing the connections/fittings to not fit properly. This caused my AC unit to turn into a block of ice in the middle of hot Texas weather. The fittings/connections from the condenser to the air handler was the wrong type, so they had to come back again. -- An analogy would be, if this was a mechanic shop and they were working on a Ford Truck, yet the manufacturer sent in a Volkswagen engine, rather than talking to the manufacturer to get the correct part sent, they just forcefully installed the Volkswagen engine into a different make/model of a car just to get the job done. This approached ended up causing more problems, money, and time wasted for all parties involved. A little due diligence can go a long way. When they returned, they told me the service visit was free of charge as it was their fault. Upon completing their visit, they had me pay $300 for the visit, even though they EXPLICITLY told me that it was a free service/diagnostic visit since the problem was never originally fixed, AND it was their fault. Normally, before any work gets done, the business tells you about the costs involved and has you sign off on it before they begin the work. This was not the case. They shocked me with a $300 bill that i had to retroactively get removed. More effort and time wasted on my end. This still did not fix the issue. After paying $1500 to Precision Comfort Home Services, my issue was still not resolved. After calling them back and explaining the situation, they then discovered the "real" problem about it being a leak within some piping. That would of been great to know prior to spending hours of my time and not to mention a great deal of money ($1500). When i asked what it would cost to actually fix my REAL PROBLEM, they quoted me again. I responded that I would shop around for a cheaper price, and found many other businesses willing to do the work for 15-25% less of what they quoted me. I asked if they could match the quote and was told "good luck". i am of the personal opinion that this is not how customer service should be handled. Mistakes happen, of course. But when it comes to my HOME and THOUSDANDS of dollars, I want to make sure i am giving my money to people who actually give a shit. Then, the audacity of the owner to text a customer passive aggressive threats at 11:00pm at night because he doesn't agree with a google review. Bad reviews happen from bad jobs. This is one of them. Get used to it and stop harassing customers late at night. Ryan Mudd the technician was wonderful and polite. I can't say the same for the rest of the team. I do not recommend this company at all. Edit: the screen shots maybe out of order but just look at the timestamps and it will tell you the whole story.

We were under a time constraint and Heath brought both his crews out to knock it out quickly and the results were fabulous. We did two-inch foam with paint, and it looks wonderful and more importantly works great. Second building was a small well house in which they came, prepped, and sprayed all in one day. No worries about a frozen pump or tank. I put a tiny electric heater in there and it kept the place a perfect temp. Finally, I got my 30' x 30' garage completed and the crew came out and knocked it out again with perfect results. I highly recommend Wallis. They are personable, do a great job, and I challenge anyone to find a better contractor for foam/price/results.

They did a good job with the insulation, but during the job we experienced a number of issues. All of the concerns could have been resolved, but in the end I am writing this negative review and will be filing for small claims court. The issues were due to the matriarch, Ms. Pendleton, having issues reversing their trailer into our driveway. In 3 days they tore up our grass, gouged our driveway and damaged our neighbor's yard. It took 6 of my other contractors to get the trailer unstuck from the driveway. Neighbor's Resolution- they offered and immediately delivered a free duct cleaning and they were happy. We repaired our grass ourselves and were offered Ms. Pendleton repairing our driveway herself (her dad used to be a concrete contractor). They were adamant that we not file a claim with their insurance. We were not comfortable with her fixing it and were promised a concrete contractor to repair the driveway. Unfortunately, their friend had a number of large projects, so a month and a half later only pictures of the gouges were taken. To add insult to injury, we had to text them to find anything out after ~a month and were treated rudely. I mentioned that in hindsight, I should have withheld the payment until it was fixed and she went bananas. Apparently, that is a threat in her book vs honest reflection on my part. In the end, the guy who did the work was great every step of the way and was polite. If I could recommend him, I would be happier to do that anytime. Since this is a review on the business as a whole, I would not recommend hiring them if you have a driveway and/or value being treated professionally by the company you hire.
