I'm updating my review to reflect an even more outstanding recent experience with Tommy Flowers 2…read more I called on a Saturday morning to order a thinking of you/sympathy arrangement. I provided my budget and discussed the general vibe I was going for--low vs. high vase, color scheme, etc. The process was fast and easy. My flowers were delivered by late afternoon. Once again, they were phenomenal and worth every penny. I'm glad that I called Tommy Flowers 2, and it will be my go-to for future floral deliveries.

The owner Hillary reached out before, because my friends put down that I had allergies and she should contact me to verify things. She made sure to not include things I could not enjoy! Did you know the dipped fruit is gluten free??? So amazing! I wish we took pics before the vultures in my house tore into it! But even the new puppy was able to enjoy some fruit (not the chocolate dipped of course, I don't share that anyway)!!! Thank you so much!!! This is definitely the best store I have experienced and I would go out of my way to use them again!!! Thank you so much for making this an incredible edible arrangement!!!!

The bouquet he made was beautiful, artfully arranged. You can't get this quality at Costco or Wholefoods for the same price - the one pictured here was $20. All you had to do was give the owner a price and what the flowers were for and he makes it out of fresh flowers for you. Not only that, but he was also super nice and accommodating. The whole process was pleasant, and my mom was thrilled with her bouquet. She put it in a vase and kept sending pictures to her friends. Honestly, just a great place with great service. I'll be going here for all my future flower needs.

My daughter had her gender reveal at this venue. While the space itself is nice, our overall…read moreexperience was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude to our guests, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. There was flooding in both bathrooms during the event, and the bartender was not only rude but also failed to properly serve the guests. In fact, my family and friends ended up doing much of the work themselves. We had pre-made lemon drops, and family members and guests helped serve them and add the dry ice because the bartender was often unavailable. To make matters worse, the bar was not even set up on time. The security guard was also ineffective. He was rarely at the door, and I actually had to go looking for him when it was time for my daughter's grand entrance so the smoke effect could be coordinated. It left me wondering what his role was supposed to be. The venue owner seemed more interested in collecting money than providing quality customer service. We understand that this is a business, but the fees were excessive, and there seemed to be an extra charge for everything. There were so many rules and restrictions that it made the planning process unnecessarily stressful. The biggest issue was the security deposit. After the event was over, a disagreement occurred across the street from the venue--not on the venue's property. Nothing happened inside the venue, and the event had already ended. One of the staff members called the police, but the officers never even got out of their vehicles because there was no serious incident taking place. Despite that, the owner had security record the disagreement and later used it as a reason to keep the deposit. What makes this even more frustrating is that she did not communicate this decision right away. She spoke with my daughter, who hosted the event, but waited nearly two weeks before informing her that the deposit would not be returned. If you are considering booking this venue, make sure you read the contract carefully and pay close attention to the fine print. The space is nice, but in our experience, the customer service, staff professionalism, and management were very disappointing. Unfortunately, the venue owner's actions came across as more focused on money than customer satisfaction.

From the first moment we met Dan, we knew he was the one we wanted to style our wedding. It was so easy to bounce creative ideas with him, he listens and comes up with beautiful solutions to meet our vision and still be within our budget. Compared to other florists I talked to before I chose him, he genuinely cares about not overspending and honestly tells me when certain flowers are too expensive and are not worth it. During the wedding day, I was beyond ecstatic with his work. I kept raving at how much I loved everything: from the arch, centerpieces, bouquets, and boutineers. He even did my uplighting and placed strands of lighting along the main staircase of my reception room (at a very affordable price), which looked amazing! During makeup and hair, I called to see if he could drop off any baby's breath for my bridesmaid's hair, and he came within minutes! 1 Star - Extremely Disappointed and Heartbroken…read more I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's absolutely necessary to warn future brides and grooms about my experience with royal elite. What was supposed to be one of the most beautiful and important days of our lives turned into a stressful and heartbreaking ordeal due to their unprofessionalism. From the start, communication was spotty, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, on the actual wedding day -- and the events leading up to it -- they showed up late to every single occasion, causing unnecessary chaos and delays. Vendors had to scramble, and guests were left waiting. Even worse, half the decor items we had paid for and discussed in detail were never delivered or set up. This included major elements we had specifically chosen to create the ambiance we wanted -- things that were deeply meaningful to us. No prior notice, no apology, just... missing. When we reached out in the moment, there was little to no accountability or solution offered. It was clear that attention to detail was not a priority for them, and this lack of care caused an incredible amount of stress and emotional turmoil. A wedding should be a joyful experience, not one where you're anxiously trying to find someone who's supposed to be working for you. I sincerely hope no other bride or groom has to go through the same experience. Please do your due diligence, and if detail, professionalism, and reliability matter to you (as they should on your wedding day!), I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
