None of which followed through with anything. Never returned calls and when they did call to set up appointments, they either didn't show, or showed up promising an estimate, never to be seen or heard from again. Luke, the owner, went above and beyond my expectations. My first call, I was called back almost instantly. He came when he said he would ON TIME!! He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to deal with someone who has work ethics. Who actually cares about the client. Before and after pictures will follow soon. My wife was off that day, but had errands to run. Dominick said he would be there by 10 a.m. My wife messages me at 10:45 a.m. to tell me the guy hasn't showed. She finally left the house to run errands at 11:45, and I asked Dominick what happened. He said, "I can come now." I asked him to give me 30 minutes, and he agreed to that. I get home (20 minutes from work), and wait almost an hour. No text. No call. No reschedule. Just didn't show up. I called him once, he didn't answer, and I sent two texts. Poor customer service!

Domenic is probably one of the most professional and honest people to do business with. He's always straight with us, and gives us very fair prices. One of the things I really like is his attention to detail and how knowledgeable he is. My bet is that unless you, the customer wanted to over landscape your property, it wouldn't be without him trying to tell you in the nicest way possible, that it's probably not a good idea, because have you thought about what it'll look like in five years? He's always quick to return calls and get a job done. There are so many people out there, looking to rip you off, taking your money and doing an inadequate job. Domenic is not one of those people. I recommend him to everyone.

They were courteous and did all they could do to get the job done in one visit. Even saying that they underestimated what it would take to get it all done and I appreciated that candor in place of overpromising. The price was fair and I recommend this company for removal. What I learned is that I should have broken the work up instead of expecting everything to be done well in one visit. Moving quickly, four bushes were removed that shouldn't have been, the grass is still overgrown (but better) and clean up was still needed. There was just no time and they had already worked a full day. Daquan said they would make up for it by giving me a free cut in the future so we'll see. Overall, good for removal and hard yard work. I'm so glad that part is over and now we replant and landscape.

It wasn't cheap, but I didn't expect it to be since it was a really big job. Reasonable, though. Anyway, they banged it out. The weeding, edging and trimming was all done the first day, and then mulch came afterwards. Also put down preemergent herbicide to keep down weeds going forward for a bit. Just an amazing job. Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good.
