Your source for old, hard to find, expensive forklift parts, except they are cheaper than anyone I…read morecould find on the net. Dan in the parts dept. is an extremely good parts man. He is on his game, like no other. He follows up and keeps customers informed of pending orders and availability issues. On my first visit, I walked in and said "I am working on an Allis Chalmers forklift." I expected to be told that parts were no longer available. To my surprise, Dan asked for the serial number, and what I needed, and got right on the phone and had my parts a few days later. The best I could do on the internet was over $500 for a master cylinder and 2 wheel cylinders. Dan ordered and got the RIGHT parts for less than $200. I needed more parts for an other A/C forklift recently. I couldn't find some of the parts, but the ones I did were over $300. I called Dan, gave him the S/N and the list and picked up all my correct parts for $200. I won't be wasting my time looking up forklift parts on the web anymore. If the rest of Gold Coast Lift Trucks operates as efficiently as Dan does, this is a real find. Keep rocking the forklift parts world, Dan!

To whom it may concern,…read more The Air Compressor industry has not that many people in it and it really has no industrial standards so to speak and i have called and almost met every air compressor service center in the bay area and basically all other surrounding area's too! I found from that experience that i just stated above is ARROW MAX COMPRESSOR & PUMPS is the best that i found at least i don't have to worry about shady service or people dropping nuts and bolts down the intake of my air compressor and making it blow up and then trying to sell me one after the fact or calling these kind of companies to fix your air compressor and they sound so nice but then their going to rake you over the coals and then hang you out to dry... I'm a review guy and also a YELPSTER...i always look at reviews before i do anything, hey it free right and its our choice... i seen one bad review on this company but never works with them before so i had no choice to use them from further bad experiences i had i with other companies i have used before! I want to clarify i wouldn't worry about who's at a SHOP OR LEAVING A JOB that this company is the best i ever worked with! The best service ever... i don"t understand why a person would leave a bad review on ARROW MAX COMPRESSOR & PUMPS! I had several brands of air compressors because i been in business for over 30 years and used every air compressor service center in the bay area and surrounding areas because theirs not that many to choose from and ARROW MAX COMPRESSOR & PUMPS is my choice!
