I don't like that I have to put a star rating because there is no work to rate but this rating is for the lack of follow-up. UPDATE: Frank, I understand. Maybe just call or text and say, "I'm super busy but you're still on my radar!" Or something to that effect. I still need to get the work done and I even let you know that it wasn't a big rush so I'm not being impatient, just expected to at least have a follow-up. Unfortunately we had the change out our entire unit, which was a bit pricey. We thought of doing a second opinion, but Juan was very professional and trustworthy and explained all the options to us. We ended up installing a heat pump and they scheduled us immediately within the week. The installation took 1 day ~8:30am to 4:30pm. Very happy with the installation and service!
