Katherine is an experienced therapist and the 90 minutes went by magically like a good massage does. Another interesting aspect was the bed has speakers beneath it which resonate the surface, especially the lower frequencies. There is so much knowledge coming out about frequencies used for healing and can come from light, sound, and even smell all having frequency components.
