My wedding was on a Sunday, and I had gotten my nails done on Friday. By Sunday, two nails had severely cracked. My bridesmaids had to glue the nails back on because no salon would squeeze me in, or were closed. One week after my wedding, 5 out of 10 nails were looking the same as the photo. Wow. I'm not quite sure what to make of my experience here. Came in desperate for a manicure. When the nail tech pulled a cuticle nipper out of the unsanitary looking cup at her work station, I asked her to skip dealing with my cuticles. She then pulled a used emery board out of the same cup to file my nails--and then used that same emery board to file her own nails while my hands were soaking--then put the emery board back in her cup. Nothing was sanitized. Will never come here again. read more

I had a very poor experience at Angel nail salon. I had an appointment at 6pm and didn't leave until 7:40. I asked for a design that the tech said he could do when in fact he could not. That was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I made an appointment for 4:30 and showed up right on time. My appointment was for a mani/pedi with dip polish. After choosing my color and just standing at the entrance for a while I was told to go sit in a chair. They wrapped my fingers in tinfoil to remove my current polish and left to keep working on other people. I ended up sitting with the acetone on my fingers for a full hour which is way too long so I took the tinfoil off myself and asked how much longer I had to wait. I was given a sharp answer that they would be with me right now. Finally someone started on my nails but after about 10 minutes was moved so someone else could continue with them. The entire time they rushed with my nails, skipped steps, did not care if they were hurting me, did not shape my nails how I wanted and the color I picked ended up being a bright glow in the dark teal instead of a light green. I just paid and left after they finished my fingers, not at all eager to remind them I also booked for a pedicure. After leaving I looked at my nails more closely and saw that the edges were rough, they left polish all over my fingers, and the polish itself is insanely thick as they did not use the drill to smooth out the dip at all. I have never been more frustrated with a service. read more

She said my appointment was on Tuesday at 10:00. That could not be since we will be out of town. "Come tomorrow" Judy said. I said I couldn't because I was taking my neighbor for surgery. She went back to doing her client and ignored me. I can understand a misunderstanding but Judy was downright rude to me and in between speaking in her language with her husband. Didn't understand the language, but the gestures and facial expressions did not seem like they were saying nice things about me, actually to the contrary! I realize retailers are at their breaking point with all the work they have and not enough employees. And I appreciate every one of them. ok so there is probably several things i could say about this place. but to START the lady in there (judy?) is constantly rude. i could list several reasons as to why. to start? she is very bossy and has an attitude. not only that but she also basically calls my aunt, grandma, and mother poor by saying we can "not afford" a certain design because it's "a lot of money". which i find completely rude, if you want to make money YOU DO THE DESIGN AND DONT TALK BACK ABOUT IT. NEXT, she also made a unnecessary scene in the nail salon because she thought my aunt and grandma did not leave a tip. they left a tip of 15 and paid 100 originally. instead of her handling it professionally like a business should, she said we "need" to leave tip. tips are not REQUIRED. she walked around with a bunch of clients in there throwing things around and huffing all over and rolling her eyes. we called and canceled our upcoming appointment and the ones in the future aswell. not pleased, don't recommend.
