I've gone to Cherry Nails for several years and they do a nice job on manis and pedis, but I've reached the point where I can't put up with the long waits and nonsense at this salon. They take appointments but run consistently late so reserving your time with an appointment means nothing. Danny tries and is so friendly but he's always overwhelmed. He mans the front desk, books appointments and takes frequent breaks to run to the laundromat a few doors down to wash his towels. The salon is dusty and depressing and my last appointment took three hours for a mani/pedi. There is only one other employee besides Danny, and some days his mom helps out. Sweet woman but she's slower than molasses and frequently drops the instruments on the floor and doesn't clean them off. Time for a change. read more

As always, we revisit a business where we've had a less than desirable experience. Six months ago we had appointment issues because of walk-in traffic. So knowing that walk-ins aren't discouraged, today, we walked in. I kid you not! This goof tells us they are booked for the week, no walk-ins, no exceptions. Nicest owner!, Dien or as I called him Danielle and others call him Dan. What a hard working person trying to keep all the customers happy. He was so great in repairing and fixing a nail (along with a great thorough manicure). Even though the phone was ringing off the hook, during my initial visit. I knew he was trying to keep me a priority and didn't cut corners to make it all work. I went back to ask him to just touch up a part of my nail that I was concerned with...AND no problem! Not an issue. He sat down, as he was trying to clean and close shop after a long day and took care of me. I highly recommend this place! read more

The only place I'll go - fantastic staff, very clean, great service

Made an appointment for 3 people, could only take 2, and not until 30 minutes had passed after our appt time. Only 3 employees working, which wouldn't be a problem, except they had more customers than available workers. The management of appointments was done in a way that did not account for how backed up they already were. I did not end up getting anything done, as I had already waited an hour and a half past our appointment time and other customers were coming in for their appointments. My mom and cousin, the other 2 people with me, complained that their pedicures were rushed and not very thorough at all. The one compliment I would give is that the employees were very friendly, but I would not recommend getting your nails done here. read more

I thought they have a great color selection! Staff is great! I never feel rush when they do my nail Fills. The nails stay put. Very pleased!

Cherries nails is the worst place I've ever got my nails done the lady took five minutes on my nails they're already chipped and I got them yesterday I do not recommend this place all the lady said was keep your hands tilt and I was trying to start a conversation with her and when my daughter came out she was very upset she had started crying because the lady put no effort into her nails all she did was file it it and plus one coat of nail polish on it read more

After hearing good things about Cherry Nails I set up an an appointment and explained that it was during my lunch and I only had one hour I was reassured that it would be done on time. I wait 20 min past my schedule time and explained that I had to go. An employee tried to convince me to stay and return to work late. I declined and against my better judgment made another appointment the following day hoping for a better result. I was scheduled for 6:00 pm at 6:30 I was still wanting. I made the choice to walk out after they accepted a walk in right away ahead of myself and 3 others who had been waiting. They need to learn time management, organizing and scheduling. read more

The color selection is very minimal, instead of having a variety of colors they have many bottles of the exact same colors. I got a shellac manicure and it is full of bubbles and the color is very uneven. I got a polish change on my toes because I just had a pedicure 4 days earlier. She did not use a base coat or top coat and only did one layer of polish. She also neglected to remove all of the polish from my previous pedicure so it's showing through the crappy polish job that she did. I would NEVER recommend going to this place, you're better off doing your nails on your own. read more

I've been a loyal customer here for years. Yesterday I called and the lady said she was busy, but I was in town and decided to stop by anyways just to see if they had any time to fit me in. But when I walked in the place was dead. They asked what I needed and I told them and waited patiently for my turn. But they began helping people who had walked in after me without any appointment.
